Alright, so this is a continuation of Gabriel Saldivar’s post. The owner replied to my comment, which you can see below, and said that if I were to come to the store then we can find a solution that works out for the both of us. Well, to say the least, that was a huge waste of time. He pretty much told me the exact same thing that I was told when I tried to exchange it the first time. I called to verify before driving 45 minutes to make sure that everything was fine but I’m clearly leaving another review because it’s not. Anyways, I’m not saying don’t go there anymore, but if you buy a perfume or anything from there in general, then don’t expect to get an exchange. The only way you’ll get an exchange is if it’s still sealed with the plastic that it comes in when you buy it. They still have great perfumes there, but it’s honestly not worth the risk. With perfumes, you need to spray it on your skin and have it on for like an hour before the true smell comes out. For that sole reason alone, it’ll be better to just go somewhere with a better return policy to be on the safe side.

Honestly, I would definitely not recommend coming here unless you know exactly what you want. I say this because of the horrible return policy. I’m fine with not being able to get my money back as long as I can do an exchange, which they do allow. The issue is trying to do the exchange. They won’t let you do the exchange if the package is open but how are you supposed to know if it’s good for you when you buy it? Yes, they sample it out for you to smell it but the issue is that cologne smells way different on the skin compared to being sprayed on a piece of paper. Again, unless you know exactly what you want, I’d recommend going to a different store with a better return policy.
