Perfume Shop, Katy TX

BEWARE this place will not return or exchange your items if you open the package. The receipt says exchanges are possible but no where does it warn about opening the package. This is a terrible way to do business and they are not transparent about this when you purchase.

I had a big problem with the banking transaction in the store buying a perfume. But the very kind man in charge of the store was in charge of solving it as quickly as possible, making the purchase easier.very grateful and pleased

Last weekend I purchased the Gucci guilty black since I had it before. The sales lady never said it was a taster. Plus after a few hours the cologne stinks

I was in the market to purchase a particular brand of cologne. I specifically asked when purchasing that I was getting the perfume and not the ed du toilet and the sales person assured me I was getting the perfume. Well I did not get what I receive the parfume. A few days later I went back and basically was told to bad Will never shop here again.

A very nice store, excellent sellers, first-class service, good prices and first-class quality in perfumes. I advise everyone to visit it, you will find everything you are looking for.

I feel compelled to leave a truthful review as we were met with the upmost abysmal service. Was considering buying a few fragrances from this shop but quickly changed our minds due to the staffs unprofessionalism at both Katy Mills locations. Very disappointed to say the least.
