Perky Paws Pet Hospital, McKinney TX

I've used Perky Paws for all my vet needs since I moved to the area 10 yrs ago. I find all the staff friendly and professional. They treat my pets as their own. They are warm and caring people and I feel that my pets are in good hands.

This is the best vet I've ever gone to. I have even moved and still go there for my babies. Both Doctors are amazing and actually care about your animals. The vet actually comes in and explains things to you and check up after your visit. They put me at ease when I had to put one of my older dogs down and also kept up with me after to help with the grieving. These people really care and that makes me feel good about sending my pets here.

I will not continue supporting your hospital. I heard how you treated your hospital manager. You praised him and spoke so highly of him. You should, he was fantastic. It doesn't matter you were a coward and terminated him while on medical leave for having a tumor. You text him. So incredibly disrespectful. He almost took his life, and you did absolutely nothing. The veterinary community around you stood up and supported him. Your community supported him and will continue to support him. You make me want to vomit. You have a responsibility as an owner to be there for the people that work for you. You call him pathetic. You are pathetic.

The staff at Perky Paws is courteous and very helpful. Our little "baby" is always made to feel welcome and cared for.

I have been going to Perky paws for a few years now. I have a dog, named Tux and cat called Kitty (I know very orginal) and Dr. Farmer is fantastic. We fight ear infections and she has been wonderful in helping reduce cost and keeping my pups happy and healthy. Everything is clean and professional. I highly reccomend taking your furry family to Perky Paws. Great service, communication and team! Win win!

Do not take your pet here unless you want unnecessary surgeries and astronomical vet bills. This place should be put out of business. They care more about their income than the care of animals. Keep your furry babies far from this place!

I have always had nothing but exceptional service at Perky Paws! Dr. Farmer, her staff and doctors are compassionate, friendly and treat me and my pet like family. The facilities are clean and everyone there is very professional. Do not hesitate to take your fur babies to Perky Paws.they treat you like royalty!

I highly recommend this veterinary office. I was new to Mckinney and my 11yr old calico wasn't doing well. They took me in immediately. Unfortunately it was my baby's time to cross the rainbow bridge. They were so kind and so accommodating to me during an extremely difficult time. The cremation services that they offer, they truly go above and beyond. The urn box is gorgeous, I was so surprised to find a plaster print of her sweet front feet and a condolence card signed by the entire staff.

Great prices friendly the receptionist remember my furry friend from when he was a pup she noticed how big he’d got that made me feel good because at least someone is paying attention. I would recommend more
People to come here clean environment great places to eat cvs next door get business done while dog get care.

Excellent service but a bit pricey. Can get my dog in same day usually if she’s sick. Everyone there truly cares a lot and are great at what they do!

The office manager, Beau, goes out of his way to help and has been so compassionate as I’ve dealt with the heartache of caring for my aging dog. I’d also like to mention Makayla in reception who is kind and helpful as well.

Perky Paws is a great place to take your fur babies and receive quality veterinary care! The technicians and the doctors are very personable, also taking time to explain treatment options and answer questions. I've also been able to bring some of my foster kittens here for health checks, and this makes it a lot easier to find them homes!

Dr. Sager and the entire team and Perky Paws have been extremely helpful in managing my dogs multiple issues. I moved to Mckinney from Dallas about 6mo ago. When I moved here I originally went to another animal hospital and just didn't feel the connection/partnership in my pets care I was looking for. I started asking my neighbors and they recommended Perky Paws. So glad I found them and Dr. Sager. Thank you. Kari-ane, Dr. Sagers technician is so sweet and knowledgeable.

I am a relief veterinarian and live in Collin County. Perky Paws is pretty much the only practice I recommend and it is where I bring my own dogs for care. I have worked at pretty much every practice in Collin County. I recommend Perky Paws because of the quality of their medicine, their attention to detail, their caring AND the place is spotless! I see some comments on here about them being pricey. I honestly think they are very average for the area if you are comparing full service hospitals with state of the art equipment and DVMs who want to get to the root cause of your pets issues. Can you find low cost shelter service medicine and basic shot clinics in McKinney? Sure. But come here if your pets are sick and you need real solutions to complex medical problems.
