My husband has been seeing Dr. PJ Patel for over 2 years, 5 bypass surgery. He’s always so kind, extremely thorough.

Extremely rude rattlesnake receptionist told us to find another dr due to rescheduling too much. Even though their office canceled on us twice on times my husband could actually be there. Would they rather we didn’t call to reschedule?
Working in the oil field there are weeks one is available and weeks there is no way. Do not expect this office to work with you.

Don’t use them to get any labs done. They charge triple the price. I got labs done in midland memorial the office next to chapel and main entrance. I paid the same out of pocket for a full panel blood test as permian charged me for two panels. They charged close to 300 bucks for a lipid test. Something you can get done anywhere’s else for 50 bucks. They send it to the same place for results as well.

After a number of attempts to see these people, appointments made during my days off were canceled by them or they would schedule me on days when I had to work & I would have to cancel. Just found out today that if a patient cancels 3 times they are dropped from the practice. Doesn’t matter how many times they cancel the patient!
No idea how good Dr Barnett is, never got to see him. I understand his nurse practitioner is very good.
The lady arranging reservations was borderline rude to my wife while trying to sort out yet another appointment, so we will both be looking elsewhere. If you have to work for a living, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

They sat me down in the room, told me the doctor (Mark Davis) was running late. He showed up 1.25 hours later, did not apologize or even acknowledge he was late. Talked so fast I literally could barely make out what he was saying, would not look at me the entire time. I told him I was having pains in my chest. He told me that because I work out I have nothing to worry about and I do not require further tests. HUH?

Your heart is an important part of your body.please take the time to find a doctor that listens to you as you describe the symptoms you are having and acts accordingly with follow-up procedures.

Dr Mark Davis was no nonsense, to the point and looked up information on the spot to make sure he gave concise and sound recommendation. I highly recommend him.
