DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT A MILTARY MBR AFTER PUSHING HIM OUT ON THE CALENDAR! HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

I see after reading the reviews doctor Perri hasn't changed in the last five years since I last saw him. All he will do is freeze several places and then rush out the door and you're done, no time for any questions. Avoid this place by all means. Also the office staff was rude at that time also.

I had a melanoma last June that Dr Perri did not check to see if the margins were clear. I now have another melanoma a year later, and I can assure you I am not going to him at this point. He is not only fast, he is not thorough. He also told me I had allergies rather than eczema. After extensive, unpleasant allergy testing, there were no allergies, it was in fact, eczema. Eczema should be Dermatology 101. I would NEVER depend on Dr. Perri again.

Has a visit with Dr. Perri today and it was absolutely the worst doctor visit I've ever had. He was in and out of the room less than 2 minutes and was not very thorough. Took me longer to do the paperwork!

It's been a year since going to my visit. My next appt is coming up next week, but I will be canceling because the latest reviews voice the same concerns I had last year. My experience last year was rushed to say the least. He had zero time, in the 30 seconds he was in the room to answer any questions. When he was walking out the door after "completing" his assessment, I had to point out a freckle I was concerned about, he came back for 2 more seconds, looked at it, said it needed to be removed.he removed it and walked out.no explanation, no comforting, nothing. The nurse told me, also in a rushed manor, what the follow up would look like. I received a follow up call 2 weeks later about the freckle that was, in fact, precancerous. Thanks to "Dr. " Perri's "thorough" glance, I would likely have full blown skin cancer right now.
Thankfully, the surgeon I was referred to checked my skin out again because I voiced my concern with Perri. Perri deserves a zero star review. He's terrible and would NOT have caught the precancerous freckle, had I not spoken up and asked him to take a closer look.

Never have to wait! Always friendly and willing to explain anything you need clarification of. Dr. Perri is the best!

I would say the overall experience is a lot worse than before. During the whole appointment, you feel rushed - doctor came into the room, standing right in front of you without even taking a seat to talk to the patient. Then every question patient asked, he just gave a very simple answer. He probably stayed in the exam room for 1 minute (2 minutes max) before he headed out. Will never come back to this office again.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Perri for over two years and we couldn’t be more satisfied with his group.

I was in and out of my appointment in less than 15 minutes. I have mild eczema and was told before making the appointment that I would only be prescribed a cream. Dr. Perri was in the room no longer than 1 minute. I was surprised he was in and out of the room so quickly. I feel as though I wasn't important and was rushed in and out of the office.

After being a patient of Dr Perri for years I needed a walk in due to a skin infection that is not getting better. I was told he does not talk ANY walk ins, even emergencies,
so my infection will need to wait 6 days. Maybe it is time to get a new dermatologist!

The entire office was helpful and friendly; both my husband and I were pleased and liked the quickness, but thoroughness of the doctor. He answered all questions, too.

My first visit to Perri Dermatology and it was very pleasant! I actually had an appointment for the following week, but they worked me in with only a 30 min wait. Very professional atmosphere, staff was very helpful, and I was out the door in less than an hour. Dr. Perri is thorough and efficient.

You get in and get out in a timely manner and a very good checkup each time. Good to know there are still good Doctors out there that are thorough.

Wow. Called to make an appointment and was totally blown off by chick answering phone/Brandy. It was obvious she was LAZY and didn't want to do her job. Husband has had about 4 months of an on off rash/peeling skin in his inner and outer ear. She said all they could do was cream. I said I need a diagnosis instead of some more medicine that doesn't work. She mentioned next appointment October 20. Still did not put me off because of his ratings on here. Finally the third time she suggested an ENT I gave up. I will find another dermatologist that wants to help a 22 year military veteran with his skin condition and won't be using this office with the trifling, lazy, do anything to not work receptionist. Some people need jobs, she obviously doesn't care about hers because she did everything possible to not have to bother making an appointment. Wish granted. I will find someone else and make sure to spread the word about your total lack of patience, empathy and customer service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dr.s visit. I was in and out in 15 min. Had a bunch of nitro freezes and two biopsies. When I asked his assistant a question she got very irritated with me. The same woman called me with my results which were confusing to me. I asked if Dr. Perry could explain. She said he does not come to the phone. I asked if I could leave a message for him. She says no.

My husband and I both saw Dr. Perri a couple of weeks ago. We have prior experience with good dermatologists in the DFW area, and he compares very well with them. A biopsy he did on my husband came back as melanoma and he is scheduled with a MOHS surgeon in The Woodlands for surgery on that. We did not recognize the place he biopsied as anything other than a flat brown area on his cheek, and did not mention it to him. However he immediately did a biopsy when he was checking out his face. We are so thankful that he did that, because melanoma is not something to ignore! We will be using him in the future.
