Excellent food. Very below average service. Server had zero attention to detail. Couldn’t make/order basic cocktails. Figure it out for yourselves…. Hope you don’t have our server

I expected more quality food, especially with Perry's being a "top tier" steakhouse. Absolutely nothing about this place impressed me. Even the drinks were just blah.

I went here to celebrate my birthday two weeks ago! The food was amazing as well as the service! The views are spectacular! Will definitely be returning.

I placed an order online and picked it up curbside. They came right out. The pork chops were delicious, I definitely will order them again

Really enjoyed visiting Perry’s! We ordered the famous pork chop which was just AMAZING and mouth-watering, so much food (32oz) for only $49! The filet mignon and mushrooms were good as well, and we were pleasantly surprised by the banana brulee dessert! Our server was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is great! With the sun setting you get a great view of downtown Dallas.

Great food and great experience our server Mark was the greatest made everything 10 times better!

This Perry's has it all! The food was absolutely amazing and the staff is world class. Had a huge dinning party and last minute attendees and the staff went out of there way to accommodate us. Not sure what to get on the menu? Go for the Pork Chop as it is Grade A greatness! Looking forward to coming back again soon! Thank you!

Dinner was amazing! Carl, recommend everything we had tonight from our cocktails to our dinner & dessert. The service was impeccable & food was very delicious! We will be back!

The food was great. But there were mistakes I just couldn't overlook. Our server, knowing we ordered steaks, forgot to bring the dipping sauces. We had to follow up with her about it. Then we had to remind her about our missing order but she gave us the wrong food. She also took the sauces away even before I finished my steak and asked us if we needed to go boxes right after I ordered dessert. She also gave us our bill without me asking for it yet because we were still enjoying the dessert. I felt like we were rushed by our server.

Excellent wait staff and atmosphere. First time I’ve been there and what an experience. I’ve never had a waiter explain how the experience of the new was important. Fantastic place to eat.

Perry's is our favorite spot for a grown up, special night out. Everything is handled perfectly here. The service is unrushed. Every waiter we've had here have been professionals. The atmosphere is perfectly balanced between being lively while also not being loud and crowded. And the food is just perfect. We've never ordered something here that we were disappointed in. We live in Dallas and have tried other steak houses but keep coming back to Perry's simply because the others don't measure up.

My stepson got married there n it was a very nice intimate setting! I would definitely go back

We were there for my friends 50th birthday and we had a good dinner and our waiter was awesome. However management needs alot work. Long story short, we weren't supposed to have a private dining area due to a conversation had with Paige about canceling our reservation and moving to the main area. The manager (lucas) told us we could stay in there and that it wouldn't be an issue. He didn't mention that we still be charged for the room or that everything would be on one check. So imagine our surprise when we weren't able to pay separately and got charged for things we shouldn't have. The manager was very rude and didn't allow us to speak to Paige or get his supervisors information. This was my first visit to Perry's and I don't think I'll be back.

We arrived for our reservation for my friend's 50th birthday celebration and was escorted to a private room. This would have been great other than the fact that we had spoke with Paige Friday and asked to cancel the private room and to be placed in the main dining room because we did not have the number of people required for the room. Paige had said that was not a problem and that would refund the deposit and put us in main dining room. We immediately told the manager for the night, Lucas, about the discussion with Paige and he stated that was fine we could stay in the room and do individual orders, so we remained in the room. Mateo was our server and he did an excellent job! However, at the end of the evening he presented us with one bill and said this was the remainder of the balance for the room. We advised him that we wanted to pay individually and should not have a room charge, as that was supposed to have been refunded. He then went and got Lucas who we had asked pervious about being in the room. Again we advised him about conversation with Paige. He then proceeded to state that we couldn't have spoken with her as she's not allowed to cancel room reservations, etc, etc and that she wasn't at work the day we said we talked to her. He then left room, and then came back saying that he had talked to her and that she said she never had that conversation with us, and continued to state that we had to pay on one check and pay for being in the room. When we asked to speak with Paige and/or the General Manager, he just stated that they weren't working that night. He refused to call Paige again (if he had even done so in the first place), and because we were upset proceeded to call security to escort us out after charging over $1700 on the birthday girls credit card and that there was nothing else he could do since it had already been charged. Completely ruined our birthday celebration and my first ever Perry's experience. Will never go back to this location ever.
