Pershing Family Dental, El Paso TX

This place is under new management and what a difference so glad that I stuck around to do my dentistry here. It’s right up the street the very flexible with my schedule manager. April is so nice and helpful. Such a huge difference. I love this office.

Had a great time! I scheduled an appointment as soon as possible, and they were able to take me in the next day, unlike many other dentists. My hygienist, Martha, was super kind and allowed me to ask any questions I had. She even gave me advice to keep my teeth clean. The dentist assistant, Destiny, was also very kind and sweet. She allowed me to look at my x-rays and see what was happening inside my mouth. It was an overall great experience. 100% recommend if anyone is in the area and needs a check-up.

Doctor is awesome! Staff is very nice I really recommend Pershing family dental they really are compassionate with their patients and are very helpful with answering any questions or concerns. Again thanks a lot

The receptionist Abby was really unprofessional. I think someone like her should not be working in costumer service. She was so rude I’m reaching out to BBB. No one deserves to be treated badly after a bad service. The manager April didn’t do anything about her employees attitude. And they keep on making people review the page so that the bad comments don’t show! I will not let this stay like this. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCIVIL AND UNMANNERLY!

IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I asked to be provided with the main office phone number for a complaint and the lady hung up on me the manager is april and the lady i spoke to name’s is abby.unprofessional and super dirty work. ZERO STARS

Terrible service, and even worst customer service from their employee Abby who is absolutely rude. She hangs up the phone when receiving a complaint after a bad service and won’t provide the managers name. Zero empathy and still demanding a full new payment after not completing a correct service.

This dental office is amazing. They are true to their work and they know how to take care of patients. If you don’t believe me go to the office and meet all of them. There work is great and so is there customer service I love this dental clinic

I SPOKE TO A PERSON THERE CALLED ABBY. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I EXPECTED WAY BETTER FROM THEM SPECIALLY AFTER NOT BEING SATISFIED. HER NSME IS ABBY SHE HUNG UP ON ME AFTER WANTING TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND ASKED FOR THE MAIN OFFICES NUMBER

I matched the color, size or thickness of the dental implant, the receptionist's service was terrible, wanting to find a solution, she hung up the phone without any explanation. What a lack of professionalism from both the dentist

Expected understanding or attention from this place. I hope the same doesn't happen to them. The receptionist named Abby has attitude. They should not have a person like this without education for customer service at the reception

Talk to receptionist Abby and she has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. When someone is dissatisfied with a job, you have to have compassion and understand the client's complaint. She did the opposite. I HANG UP THE CALL. ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Dr Park! He is amazing! I had extractions done not to mention my K9's. Such a gentle hand and does such great work. If you're looking for a great Dentist. I highly recommend Pershing Dental the staff is awesome as well.

Dr Park is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He is very thorough and professional; inspires confidence. I look forward to my next visit; anxiety free of course. He knows how to select his friendly competent assistants.

I definitely believe Essence, my hygienist for today April 18,2023 was a very pleasant and professional person. I highly recommend her. Also Dr. Williams
examined my teeth very thoroughly and explained how to continue taking good care of my teeth & my health.

I came today for my six month check up and cleaning. Essence, my dental
hygienist for today was very professional and very kind.
Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable
and has great attitude. I highly recommend Pershing Family Dental
and plan to return in six months.

I do not recommend this place.the lady at the front desk do not know what she's doing! She gave me an appointment just to let me know that I did not qualify for a lower denture (while she could do it thru the telephone!) Even though I had a letter from my Insurance saying that the lower denture was approved! All she did was to waste my time! THIS LADY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE! I've never heard the lady from my insurance denied this service, I required an interpreter but this guy who works for the Insurance as an Interpreter told me that if I wanted the Denture I had to pay half of the cost, which I did not think it was correct because if Medicare is paying for the denture, I do not have to pay anything! I think that PERSHING FAMILY DENTAL is making extra money with this kind of deals. (they deny you a service, but in order to get it, you have to pay half of the cost) I am going to call my Insurance and find out about this kind of deal. Something is not right! THIS IS CALLED A FRAUD!

Thought this place would be good based on reviews. Doctor told me 5 fillings had failed and I needed crowns on all of them immediately at a tune of over $5000+ cost to me after insurance. I got a second and third opinion and both dentists told me my fillings were fine and did not need to be replaced. This was over 2 years ago now and fillings are still great. This was with Dr Aguirre, I hope he is long gone by now.

Now has been 4.5 years. Fillings are still fine.
