Dr. Patel knows exactly what he’s doing and is truly an expert in his field. His demeanor is professional, but has always kept a lighthearted, conversational tone. Everyone in the office is helpful and kind when working with you.

Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a constant optometrist they can trust.

The bar for vision care, and customer service in general, has been completely reset and raised by Dr. Patel and his team. I have never experienced a practice go above and beyond the way that PersonalEyes does. Dr. Patel really dedicates his time on ensuring that you have the best vision prescription possible and even went the additional steps to submit my rebate on my behalf, provided me with two different samples so that I could make the right decision regarding my prescription, and even rushed my delivery to me so that I could receive it ahead of a trip. Outside of that, he has helped me with an eye emergency and even switched my pharmacy when the first one was being unresponsive. Also, bonus points for the way less intrusive eye pressure machine! Goodbye are the days of an anxiety inducing air puff into your eyes!

Finding an eye Dr.can be challenging, but I have nothing but praises for my experience with Dr. Patel and his staff. They are personable and knowledgeable. They have the most state of the art equipment and take the time to explain each process, not just pressing a button based on what they were shown to do. This was my third visit and I would recommend to anyone. To put the icing on the cake, the office is impeccable and tastefully decorated. Thank you for making me feel like my eyes were all that was important to you during my visit.

Dr Patel and the entire Personal Eyes team have provided by far the best eye doc experience I’ve ever had in my life. Extremely knowledgeable, informative and genuine, top of the line equipment, friendly team members, nice space that feels inviting and spotlessly clean but not sterile. I have zero interest in looking for another eye doctor.

Took great care of me during my appointment. Will return every year. I was shown clear comparison of my current prescription and the new one. Their frames are also really good but expensive as well (between $350-$550).
