Joel came out immediately, clearly knew his critters and quickly and professionally treated our condo at a very competitive rate, so we signed up quickly for his quarterly maintenance service.

Joel is very knowledgeable and professional in his field. He made arrangements to get service set up and complete in a timely fashion. He is detailed and helped explain exactly what the issue was at my home and walked me through and around my home to show me what he did and where more attention will need to be placed in the future. Since my home is under construction he did not waste time or money doing unnecessary work. I am thankful for his knowledge, service and expertise. I recommend Pest Off if you are weary of companies that oversell their products and want you to sign yearly contacts.

Joel was great. Took care of my home as if it was his. He was on time and explained what he was doing. Very honest and professional. I would recommend him 10/10.

Hmm where to begin. Joel had to have been the most unprofessional and dishonest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only was he rude in his communication, we had an appointment for x time and he showed up extremely early; for which the tenant was unprepared. Not only did he do little more half the job, he gave me a “discount” of a whopping $10 even tho… the job was 3/4 done. He harassed me to pay him and wouldn’t arrange to finish the job nor be available at the agreed upon time.

Unfortunately, I didn’t directly hire him, but was hired through my property management company… whom he also started harassing for full payment of an incomplete job. I then took the time to read some reviews from the company and needless to say, any complaint was met with the most immature, condescending responses and replies. I cannot believe this company exists, nor operates the way they do. Maybe he was just having a terrible day or got triggered by something, however, that does not warrant bullying people to pay for a job that is incomplete, and expecting satisfaction from this sort of communication.

Highly recommend this company. Needed treatment for several issues we were having. We received great service and also recommendations to help with pest issues going forward. Thank you for the professionalism!

Joel is very friendly, professional, on time and reasonably priced. He is very straightforward and does not upsell. I have had great results and my house has been insect free for the last year since Joel has been spraying. I also have pets and they have never been bothered by the products either.

I called Pest Off to schedule pest control for one of my many rental properties in Grayson County, and when the man answered he immediately started yelling my last name at me, which I am sure showed up on caller ID. He accused me of spamming him, which is odd since I had never called him before in my life. I tried calling back to clear up the misunderstanding, but it went to voicemail, and the outgoing message confirmed that I was calling the right number for the business I was trying to reach. The number is posted in connection with a business, and he still behaved in this extremely unprofessional way. The appropriate thing to do would have been to request the Do Not Call list, something we've all had to do in this day and age, which would have given me the opportunity to clear up his misunderstanding. Instead he opted for yelling at a suspected call center employee - not a classy move even if he had been right. I just booked with Cole's instead, and the lady that answered was very friendly and helpful. If all goes well with this service I will likely use Cole's for all of my Grayson County rental properties.

He did an awesome job with the extermination. He was also very helpful by answering my million questions about what to look for and how I can help prevent further problems.

Joel came out fast and took care of our wasp problem. Price was very fair. Will definitely call him again should the need arise!

As a incoming new General Manager at Schlotzsky's in Denison, the prior GM didn't care because the infestation was bad! Pest off came in and we seen a substantial difference within hours! Days and it was over at last! I absolutely recommend Pest Off Pest Control to everyone!
