Pet Adoptions of Cuero reviews
7So I’ll be honest, I’m not super happy with this place. I paid $75 for a very sick cat. I didn’t know she was sick until I brought her home, of course, nobody told me. While I do appreciate Linda paying for the vet bill for the cat I did adopt, bringing a sick cat into my home has only made my other cat terribly sick, as well as put my unborn baby at risk (I’m 6 months pregnant.) I’m disappointed because I was told she was up to date on shots, flea treatments, heartworm medicine, etc.which is great! What I was not told is that she has an upper respiratory infection. Now my other cat is sick with an infection as well as bloody stool. I paid $75 for this? I am so disappointed.
Where do I begin? Not enough hours open. Dogs are too adorable. No options to adopt a baby hippo. That volunteer knows what she's doing. In short, I've never been here
Amazing place to adopt a pet from. Friendly stuff all animals are well cared for.
Treated with disrespect by Linda herself. I don’t recommend adopting from here. I worked here for maybe 2yrs and these pets come with sickness and fleas!
Linda helped me save a dogs life and I am forever greatful to her and her volunteers who pitched in to make it happen. They truly love the animals and Linda and her husband have made the animals their life. Thank you
Love it. I adopted my dog Pee Wee from there 7 years ago still have him.
An impulse stop on way to Gonzales led to my adopting little Lulu (her ears had me at hello). The shelter was clean and Lulu had been kept in a cute puppy room, not a cage. The shelter director Linda was friendly, informative and helpful.
