Pet City Houston

Our ferret is a handful but we are so glad Pet City Houston held us for him. My parents treat it like a grandchild lol. But I can see why he is so cute.

Lots of great deals on feeders and fish. We come out with a new pet everytime we go shopping here lol.

Even though I like the store I still go there and rescue rats all the time so they don't get ate.lol

I didn't go to get a puppy just let me son see that it's best not to have one. Upon arrival this little girl waved at me, she trapped me with her cute face and loving eyes. I didn't even see other dogs she was coming home.

Her home, she is loved by us and she loves us back.

Perfect dog - couldn't have ask for anything else.

This is where we got our doggie many years ago. Happy to see they are still around as I love shopping local. Keep it going.

Hidden gem for sure. Lots of unique reptiles I have never seen before like a sand boa and tarantulas. They also had a nice selection of smaller animals like guinea pigs, hamsters, skinny pig (which I have never seen before) and ferrets.

Exciting new gem we found in Houston. Lots of pets! We like supporting local instead of big box stories so we will be coming back.

They had really nice and knowledgeable staff. They were all helpful and friendly the entire time I entered the store. I definitely recommend this store if you want to purchase a cute pup. My daughter loved their shibu pups.

Hard to locate this place cause it was hidden. Dog cages are filthy and puppies are super expensive ($3-4,000 per puppy)! Staff was friendly and nice though.

Did our research prior, found lots of great recommendations here. We drove 6 hours prior to setting up an appointment. Staff was nice and well educated. AKC paperwork and all the puppy necessities came with him.

I bought a puppy and had a DNA test done by Wisdom Panel. The dog is 8 breeds! Pet city misrepresented the breed of dog. The manager Jason and Maria said they don’t trust DNA test. I paid $3500.00 for a mixed breed? The breeder is Debbie Graham. The pet City Houston refuses to help contact her with this information for me. So they back her which is a lie. They refused to do anything. Don’t buy a pet dog from PetCity Houston. They don’t back their products.

Absolutely terrible. DONT GO HERE. Purchase a $6000 Frenchie and she’s sick in less than 24 hours. I end up at an er with a $500 vet bill and of course that’s not covered under their warranty it was a bacterial infection in her stomach that in retrospect I know she had before we got her.
They are no help once you leave with whatever animal you purchase. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My mom was amazed to see all the animals that she had never seen before. She had never seen a hedgehog, ferret, parakeet or tarantula before and they had them all. So cool to see this store in person.

This place is amazing and the staff is so helpful, and playful you know these dogs are being well taken care of b4 they go to their forever home. And the benefits that come with each dog is priceless. The process was quick & easy, Holly will get a playmate from Pet City once she gets a little older. ***** stars all the way. Reliable source for feeders just wish they had bigger ASFs, they average about 20g so i have to grow them before feeding.

All staff are very nice and very professional. The process was quick and easy. The process was also very safe due to COVID situations, staffers wearing mask and hand sanitizer located near petters. We got to bring home our puppy the same day! Definitely recommend coming here to find the perfect addition to your family! Thank you Pet City.

Thank you Heather for all your help. Ours kids spoil our new little french bulldog more than we could imagine. Where ever they are, he is right there with them. You were very kind, went over the contract page by page and helped us feel very comfortable during the process.
