They're nice and every time I bring my dog people are friendly. I've also never encountered a bad pet owner in the store (so far). They have the pet food I need.

Never had a bad experience here. Employees are always so friendly and very attentive! Even if you ask a question they may be unsure about, they get someone who does know! Love this place and the quality of their products and care ️

I can tell you that the price is here can be a bit steep. Some of the things however are really good priced, especially when it comes to animal cookies. The staff is always really helpful and friendly. It's very clean and organized and you can pretty much find anything you need here.

Big shout out to the young man this morning who helped me get a sick, frightened cat into the pet carrier that I bought to take her to vet. He definitely went above and beyond! Great customer service! Wish I would of caught his name! But just wanted to tell him thank you so much!

Store is good and has a lot of stuff. Inventory is good. However Sat bought a bag of Hooves for the dogs. Look at my bank account and they changed me 3x. Called and they were good to identify. They did refund me. No, I am sorry this happened no nothing. Had to drive down to the store over 20 min away for a mistake I did not create. How they ran my card 3 x is still a mystery.

I went in for feeder mice. 9rnwaa my first time in the store. Inm asked thebcashier if they had the mice and she directed me to their location.njy the timebI made my way to the back, there was already someone waiting for me to arrive. She asked me how many and packaged them up for me. It was a really quick visit and I enjoyed my visit.

After 30 mins in the store and multiple attempts to get help in fish department finally got help after I told them I will get fish myself. Very rude staff but only a few but I will never use them again

The little manager gal was so amazing. She stopped what she was doing, answering every question. Suggestions what could help she's great. I like this store very much. Very clean an organized too. Makes me want to come back.

The staff was very helpful. Robert went out of his way to explain everything I was asking. He was also quick to help me out with my bags. Robert is very polite and well mannered. Every store should have more employees like him.

Love the store. Helpful and friendly staff. Unlike other stores here in town if they don't know something the people that work here will flat out say "let me check that for you". Animals look very healthy and their selection is great too.

We ordered online and the order was ready by the time we got there. The people are friendly.

You would think a store that specializes in pets would have a better selection of meds like wormers. Prices are above average too.

A little expensive, and like the norm, doesn't have any truly cheaper food alternatives to help feed a larger number of hungry, meowing mouths. That's a given these days, but I can't pay $25 for a 13 pound bag of cat food.
