I really enjoy this pet store. Very friendly folks in a laid back enviroment. Will continue going back to purchase treats and food for my fur babys

The pet wash station is always dirty and nasty when I go there to wash my dog. I end up cleaning it before I start and no staff ever is around to ask. I'll definitely be making the drive to Fort Worth to get better service.

They have a great dog washing station to accommodate small and large dogs and it is affordably priced.

They always have clerks ready to assist in my search and they always have what I’m looking for and very often, it’s on sale. I love this place

Something gas changed, I gad never, never had a bad experience there. But we went on Monday and the breakfast was the worst ever. So dissatisfied wuth the food.

I’ve been shopping for at Pet Supplies Plus for about 7 months now. I had been going to Petsmart but started experiencing very small selections of the food I needed, not enough staff and cashier’s and higher prices. I decided to try Pet Supplies Plus and I’ve been very pleased with the amount of staff in the store, they are very friendly and courteous too. The shelf’s are always full, clean and orderly and the prices are all lower that Petsmart. Also they constantly send discount codes to regular customers and many times are 10 or 20% off.
Great store.

We stopped by here to give our Schnauzer a bath on the way to a relatives house. The process was easy, the baths were nice, and we were able to purchase 5 passes for a very reasonable price. We will be back.

Every time I have been here, the employees are always very attentive and friendly! They have a huge selection and offer a nice rewards program. My kitties and I say Thank You!

Fantastic! Great selection, and if you sign up with their rewards, the savings really add up. They keep their pet/fish habitats super clean.

Even though they don't carry my favorite product from the saginaw location, this one is by far my favorite pet supplies plus!

Everything was great. My only issue was you need an account to get the store display discounts.

The store is always out of stuff, their website for my rewards is down constantly, I was double charged their system sucks I’ve had issues multiple times checking out! I think I will take my business else where!

This store is always clean and well organized; the staff seems knowledgeable as well and the fish/small animals they sell look a lot healthier than the ones at PetSMart

Super helpful, friendly, knowledgable staff. We just got a new dog and they were able to point us in the right direction and help us stock up on pet supplies. We will be returning customers and using Pet Supplies Plus for our dog's needs!

Great selection, but missing the natural bone section for dogs. I couldn't get my babies piggy snouts.
