Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Oscar fish i purchased. The store was clean and welcoming.

I love this Petco! Everything is always very organized and clean. I just wish it were a bit larger so they could offer more selections for nutrition and live animals.

Do not go to this petco. I worked here for barely a month and the manager Kristen has no idea what she's doing. She can't seem to manage a schedule at all and has groomers working 6 days a week due to her mistakes when making a schedule, sometimes we worked 10 hour shifts no breaks also due to her overbooking. This would create a stressful environment and leave the groomers unable to truly focus on the dogs or give quality grooms.
There were many times I caught her walking away from her table with a dog on the table which is a safety hazard and against policy.
All the groomers have quit due to the abuse and negligence of the entire management team at this store.
The managers on the floor don't care at all that they have created an unsafe environment for the dogs and the groomers. They just want to book as many dogs as possible and make money.
I would highly recommend going to a private shop if you care at all about your dogs wellbeing, where they will recieve more attention and care.

I was eight minutes late to my dogs grooming appointment and was turned away. Eight minutes! The mediocre cut isn’t worth the treatment. I gave this salon a second chance after they messed up my dogs hair even when I took a picture in. I wanted to make this place work since it’s so close to my home but it’s just not worth the hassle.

Left multiple voicemails with no reply, which was after the voiceMail message directed me to the website which also didn’t work for booking appointments, finally talked to a manager who was combative and basically said try somewhere else. Will not be returning.

They need to make sure at the very least the visible reptile cages are kept clean with the right habitat.

The customer service rep was incredibly friendly and helpful. She truly went out of her way to help me with my purchase and did not make me feel rushed.

We brought our 7 month old doodle pup for grooming today. She had a lot of mats and a very long shaggy doodle coat. Amber did a fantastic job grooming her enough do deal with the mats in her coat but still left her a beautiful fluffy doodle. This was a tough grooming job and we are really impressed at how fabulous the dog looks. Wow! We are very happy with the care Amber took to do such a great job on this shaggy doodle. We are really impressed.
