Petco, Floresville TX

Sorry, had to take off the 5 start I gave you a few months back. Today is Saturday March 4 2023 at 7pm. (so you know which cashier it was)
You see, I am a regular of this Petco, as its so close to my home, however THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME AT THIS PLACE, I DONT CARE HOW CLOSE, I WILL NEVER COME BACK. This cashier didnt even care to bagged my items and was very rude and in a rush to take care of me. Do better PETCO. You guys had the most wonderful people working there, not sure what happenned. Good luck.

Becky is amazing! She transformed my lips in an absolutely amazing way! Soo soo soo satisfied! No need to think about it, BOOK WITH HER!

Very friendly staff and fun stuff for pets. Ashley seems to be the hub of the place. She is always friendly and knows her stuff. She is the only one I see busting butt every time I go in there.

This store has ALLLL the things! I am SO happy I don't have to drive all the way to San Antonio. This store is beautiful and everyone was so kind and helpful!

The employees here always assist. They are knowledgeable about the location of items and how well items work such as pet sprays etc.

I went in as we needed crickets for our pet Tarantula. I was able to find snacks for my rooster, too. The crickets were a bit overgrown so it chirped all night long

Friendly & well stocked if you want premium dog or cat food. If you feed strays and/or need bulk food. Probably not the place for you.
The store is very clean & airy. The staff is helpful & attentive. Great selection of treats, collars, leashes, etc.
The Floresville location is new, but my dogs already recognize the bags and can't wait to see what yummy treats I've gotten them this time.

Went here earlier today for my third visit since they opened, and was badly disappointed. I had previously purchased aquatic plants and some betta fish, as well as other aquarium supplies and cat items. I intended to buy another aquarium kit and the plants for it. The aquatic plants in the plastic tubes are mostly in moldy dead condition. The tank with the plants has sad brown algae covered plants and near dead plants. Dead fish in several of the display tanks. Also the cat greens, the potted ones near the register are all dead or near dead. I left without buying anything. Staff are friendly, which is why I'm not giving it a 1 star rating.

Good store, small for most PetCo's I hVe been to, but great for a small town like Floresville TX weak on some of the pet foods at that my pets like but it's all good. Friendly associates and great at giving assistance when need very clean store.like always check it out for yourself and make your on decisions, me, I will keep shopping there.

We were excited when we found out Floresville was getting a PetCo. We waited a while to go. But when we finally did, it was a nice experience. The staff was all welcoming and friendly. The cashier conversed with us and we joked around. Very nice guy. I know the building is new, but its nicer and cleaner than the ones in S. A. Very open and bright when you walk in. The animals were all cute and healthy looking. I recently bought a fish tank and honestly cant wait to go pick out some fish. We got a halloween dog toy and some treats for our dog. All came out to about ten bucks. I noticed someone complaining about price. I mean, its PetCo. They have the same prices here as other PetCo's lol Turtles and snakes, lizzard, baby chicks, fish. Ferrets, at the time they had a cat. Very rad!

I love this Petco, they are well stocked and always have items that I need. Thank you for opening this store in Floresville. I love it and will continue to shop here and I will spread the word to my neighbors.

First time using Petco self serve dogbath at Petco Floresville. I love this place! Very helpful staff and clean. Lots of inventory. My good dog got a new chewy and toy.

This place is amazing! I love all the different animals, lizards and fish options. Staff is very friendly as well.

Nice new store but prices on everything we were interested in were very high. Yes tgey are closer to where we live. Prices too HIGH

It's was our first time getting a fish tank. They were very informative and helpful. My only complaint is the 1st day we were told by an associate we could only get 2 to 3 fish with a 5 gallon tank, So we opted for a 10 gallon tank. When we went back 48 hours after set up another associate told us we could only have 3 with the 10 gallon. These are 2 inch fish at their biggest. So we got 2 fish and a ghost shrimp.

They had everything we were looking for. However, the employees were rude and unhelpful. You would think it was against company policy to smile or ask a customer if they needed help. Very disappointing for a new store

This Petco was amazing! I love the variety in animal feed, baby chicks and even chicken coops! But by far, my favorite was the self dog wash station. Very convenient and staff was friendly.
