Petco, Humble TX

Great store good employees. They had some sick flowerhorns that were on the brink of death, a worker there allowed me to purchas them even though they were "under review" the workers do their best under the terrible corporate rules.

Two employees weren’t helpful at all
And didn’t try to be. The gentlemen was very helpful and found my squirrel food. For this reason I have them a 4 instead of 5. Take care of the customer no matter what if their spending money.

These poor animals. A quick Google search can show that these animals are being kept at the wrong temperature and humidity, which is most likely uncomfortable for them. They should be required to train employees on this type of thing if they aren't already doing this. And if they are already training, they need to keep a better eye on it.

This is my go to big box store. The only problem is they always seem to be short staffed. I was in the store a few days ago and there were only two employees in the entire store.

Brianna is amazing. She always grooms our fur babies as requested. She is so sweet and friendly every time.

KC is the best groomer ever. My fur baby has very high anxiety when getting groomed and she was amazing with him. He I got there to pick him up he was so calm. That was a first and I've had him for 5 years. I've finally found the right person to groom him. Thank you so much KC for the TLC that my fur baby received from you.

I came in to return an xl dog crate and Lacey got it out of my car without hesitation. Very friendly, she recommended several different toys for aggressive chewing, and I picked out 2. Excellent customer service, and thank you so much for the tips!

Got my dog groomed by Daisy today and it went great! It was my dogs first groom so she was very patient and did an amazing job with my puppy’s cut. Thank you!

I like visiting here when I have to pick up food for my box turtle. Always clean and everyone is friendly.

Ms. Lacey & her team try very hard to give us the Absolute Best service, answers our questions, helps with special products for our puppy that has special diet needs. My wife and myself have 8 two legged kids and 2 four legged kids, just as we didn’t trust just anyone with our 8 kids we don’t trust just anyone with our 2 puppies. We honestly say we trust Ms. Lacey with our puppies well being. So thank you Ms. Lacey & PETCO for all your help & support.

I like this Petco because they have some very helpful employees here. Ms Steed is a local legend and has had a positive influence on thousands and thousands of people in her time.

They was clean an had different types of fish. We got better fishes. We name them Thomas on the left and Fish on the right.

Great experience overall, my pup is always happy to come here to get her baths and haircuts. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE LITERALLY WAITED ON THIS GIRL MORE THAN 30 FREAKING MINUTES SO SHE COULD JUST GIVE ME 2 DAMN FISHES BUT INSTEAD SHE WENT WITH ANOTHER COSTUMER THAN US WHO ASKED FIRST.

I went to Petco to purchase fish and other items all of the workers were very friendly answered all of my questions and I was very happy with my visit
