Petco, Huntsville TX

I would give it a 0 if possible. I got the wrong sized collar and went to return it not 10 minutes later. The same cashier who checked me out the first time and did not give me a receipt then went on a power trip about needing a receipt and a petco account. Ultimately he was able to find it on his computer and get me a refund. Overall its not a good business model to belittle your customers because you didn’t do your job. This is the last time ill be going to this store and I advise you to not go here.

Well, I wasn't welcome as expected. An older lady came out of the grooming area to rudely tell me it was only 1 customer at a time in the check-in area. And she said it was not very nice! But the young man behind the desk was very nice. The groomer did not communicate with me rather to used clippers or grinders for my nails, and my dog jumped off the table several times. So I'm giving a 5-star to the check-in guy who demonstrated customer service by going into the grooming area to offer comfort to my Miss Macy. Great Job.

Was disappointed to see y’all are charging for plastic bags. Smh. Will definitely not make a difference on the amount of plastic i use (even though I already recycle the bags I get from the store at home. Ridiculous. Stop charging for bags.

Ordered pickup got put on hold twice and hung up on twice, paid for a large tub of cat litter they brought out the small one that was already open and definitely used. Then when I said that’s not what I ordered he leaned into my car, shoved his little order thing in my face and proceeded to go on some little power trip. Ghetto behavior.

Rude black lady asked for some clarification and all she did was judge about how I should have come early

Robert & another guy sat there talking forever with customers instead of checking people out… horrible service. Some people were in line behind me & left & Robert was stilllllll talking omfg.

I really enjoy going to this Petco the employees are always helpful and friendly but really rethinking shopping at petco since they started charging for the bags.

The cashier clerk that was checking me out was rude question me on where I got the torn top of the flea medicine. Like I had stole something. I explained I torn it off of a box that I had at home.

Enjoyed grooming experience. Associates at store were friendly and helpful! Austin is the best at the Huntsville, TX location!

Grooming services are great! Austin is amazing with my pup Chloe.

Vetco…on the other hand…is horrible and I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone. They are very rude and unprofessional….

The color blind man at the counter (sorry I don't remember your name) was very nice to me and very chipper.

One of the best petcos i’ve been too! They helped me find everything i needed and answered all of my questions, the service was amazing and i will definitely be back!

Unbelievably expensive, usually order from Chewy but when needed will pick up a “small” bag of food for our dog.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable he helped me with my vital care membership and everything else, in fact the whole store was great and grooming did an a great job for Haley.

First time using the grooming section of Petco and it was a good experience for my 10 month old Mini Aussie and myself. The appt was easy to book through the app and they went over everything up front before any services were provided to make sure we were on the same page of what was expected. I will be using them again.

Lisa was amazing! Dropped Ghost off at 8 am and she was done by 9: 15. Her cut and de shed looks great, and we got a coupon for collars and leashes! The women that work there are so sweet and I love the “report card” I got with how she was during her visit. Will definitely be going back for her regular groomings

Service is always awesome. We take our GSD to get groomed once a month and they do an amazing job.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Best PetCo I've been to.:)

It's too small! Very tight, small sections, not nearly as much as what a normal store has. Fishing section alone makes me want to cry at the slim pickings.
