Peter Piper Pizza, San Antonio TX

Worse than Chuck E. Cheese's. No gluten-free options other than the wings and salad (although most pre-made salads come with croutons). Games weren't worth the prices l. Worst of all was the service. Had to go back up to the cou terminal twice because they completely forgot about my order of wings. Once I finally got my wings, I then had to remind them that I also ordered a side salad. Didn't have a receipt to show them because the rude cashier crumpled up my receipt and threw it away after I paid. Didn't even offer it to me. Oh, and they had this sign posted even though they still use the old school coin tokens for the games. I'll stop using cash when they stop using coin tokens. Don't waste your time coming here.

So I went yesterday for a personal pizza, mind u I always call in ahead of time, the cashier helped other people before me handling their cash tokens the cash register and everything else with her BARE HANDS so after she was done with them she went back started on my pizza remind you with BARE HANDS NOT WASHED she sprinkled cheese on the board got the Dough kneading it with her DIRTY HANDS EWW so at this point Karen came out of me I complained to mgr & walked out! Beware people

Easy fun for kids and a nice place to relax with loved ones. Birthday party great fun here. Good prices on pizza and d also on tokens for the kids.

This location isn't very good. They use fake cheese and the dough is always tough.

Thank you for the response. I would love to go to your location because I'm so close and the other locations are so far from me. It would be great to improve how the employees are making pizzas. We go because we love the recipe

Ordered at 2: 30, didnt ask about our order until 3: 00 and once I didnt they said our order had been marked togo instead on the eat in (which was on the receipt). I asked how long was our order sitting there and nobody knew so when they showed me it wasn't fresh I asked if they can remake it, the guy said they would. Here come 3: 35 and still no order, then when my husband goes back to ask they say that they never put in the order and just gave him a buzzer. We didnt receive our order until 4pm. I'll never come here again. Terrible service and the manager couldn't fix it either. The location on bandera is better

Went to birthday party there and my kids had fun (that was the good part) The only thing I didn't like was some of the games were not working. Overall, was ok.

You get penalized for meat allergies! They would NOT simply substitute the chicken for red onion. I had to pay 1.99 for onion while they keep the meat! So basically screw you and your wallet if you need to make ANY kind of changes to suit your dietary needs.

I will tell you that because of the manager on duty on 7/15/2021 at 7: 10 I will always and continue to be a loyal customer. I had a horrible issue with Grub Hub (which I never use because I usually drive) this 3rd party never placed my order. I was calling and trying to figure out where my order was because it was showing payment processed. One driver arrived order not there. Second driver order not there. The manager first told me I had to take it up with grub hub which I totally understand why he told me that. I called a second time after my grandson was crying for his pizza! The manager was very very understanding this time around, noticed I’m a loyal customer, and took care of me. I appreciate his service and understanding. Thank you Peter Piper Pizza! In the end, Grub hub was just slow! I will never use that app again!

Restrooms were dirty. Some tables were dirty upon arrival and were the same by the time we left. They had 2 birthday tables and they seemed to be attentive to them. Which was good for them. Food was ok not the best. The play area was dirty too. But you have kids running around unattended.

Just a quiet family of 5 bday turned into a great experience. Everyone was nice the food was good and hey we even hit the jackpot.

Love the taste of Peter Piper Pizza! Walked in, ordered the special and walked out with 2 super hot and tasty pizza. It takes me 35 minutes just to get here but worth it for the flavor.

Upon calling the location's phone number, I could hear the employee repeatedly hanging up on me. My first call was at 6: 49PM and I FINALLY stopped getting hung up on at 6: 58PM! When an employee finally answered I asked why they kept hanging up on me and he answered "oh sorry we were trying to do something". Naturally, I decided not to order from Peter Pipers and I won't be returning to this location. I understand if someone is busy or if I need to be put on hold but to hear the sounds of someone picking up the phone and hanging up on me is rude. Just pizza and games for our daughter's birthday. The pizza was a little salty. The games were fun. That party pack with a large pizza, 4 drinks and 90 tokens is the best! Some of the games are a little expensive but it was fun.

They usually never get my order wrong but today they did. Ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and got a pan crust pepperoni and pineapple (I HATE PINEAPPLE) pizza. Was very disappointed since pan crust is not my favorite either.

Love their pizza. Just wish they hadn't closed the forum location in Selma. This location is almost a 40 minute commute back and forth.

Tried to call in an order while I was on the road for 1 pizza and was on the phone for 45 min and no one picked up the phone. I parked in the parking lot, went in while still on the phone still waiting for them to pick up while waiting another 10 min in line just to order a large Pizza and still no answer! I waited 45 min just for an order! I will never come here ever again!

My pizza was good but my wings were burnt alil. The parmesan and red pepper shakers were all on used tables and were empty. Other than that everything was ok

Phoned in an order. Arrived at location. They had my name on order called in but no order on computer. Of course i wasnt told this but i knew what was going on when they asked what i had ordered. Told, just waiting on wings. So had to wait 15 mins for my order. Get home, to my grandchildren with pizza, and come to find out it was not completely cooked. Had to put it in oven. So had to wait again. Weve done dozens of bday parties over the years at different locations. This was the worst ever. At a time when businesses need customers to survive, i would think quality and service should be #1. Very disappointed.

This place is usually pretty packed but it seems they do a decent job of keeping everything decently in order. Workers are pretty nice and kind. Prices could afford to take a dip.
