Food was good customer service was great good place for family time. We spent 1 hour there

The manager Raul, was super disrespectful and mean to my young son. My son asked him a simple question about the games and he snapped at him and yelled at him. This guy should NOT be a manager! I will not go back to any Peter piper until this guy leaves.

This is a follow up to a review to one I posted several months ago due to a very negative experience I had with my daughters birthday party. I will not be able to go back and change that experience but I must admit and acknowledge what an absolute tremendous job Ariana, Denise, Alyssa and GM Raul Bueno did in trying to rectify what happened, not only was I given a refund they provided an opportunity for my other daughter to have an amazing fun party. They went above and beyond to accommodate us in every aspect. Their professionalism, courtesy, and all around customer service was outstanding. As I took the time to write a negative review I now fill obligated to spend as much time simply saying THANK YOU! Job well done. I truly appreciate all the hard work they gave so freely. This is what a business should strive for. You can't be flawless but when you fall short do your best to make it right and that is exactly what they accomplished, BRAVO BRAVO

Don’t recommend to do any type of celebration here they try to move you if you have reservations or if you don’t they ruined my kids birthday celebration some of the staff not all are terrible. I don’t think we will consider coming here!

I’m not a Karen at all but this is the 3rd time in a row that we order from this location and they screw up our order. Not to mention the pizza was super thin and was given to us in to go boxes even though we paid for drinks and a pitcher to eat there, took them an hour and 20 min I had to go ask for my order. I felt bad with my kids because they where so hungry and they wanted to play that’s why we stayed and didn’t made it a big deal

I hate PPP food. But my family loves it. So we go often. The trashy people at this location ruin the place even more. Kids with no discipline and parents with no authority. Staff that just don’t care.

It's good for fast food pizza. It's a good hang out place, with plenty of TVs to see the game.

Under staffed or they just don't care. There is not a enough space to accommodate everyone and it's harder to find a spot to sit when the tables aren't cleaned and food from the previous group is sitting there and being cleaned up. The pizza was good though

I love this place, but I do recall them having more games there. Pizza is pretty good and kids will always enjoy going unless you torture them and don't buy them tickets

Not 2nd amendment friendly, in TEXAS.
They are depriving me of the ability to ensure my own safety. And then, don't have any security to ensure my safety.

We had a good time, there were two parties going on, but the place still didn't feel full, it a big layout. Kids love the pizza and the games. I love the pizza fast service all the times we've been here. They've been polite and nice to the kids. My wife does order vegetarian pizza and that's pretty dang good.

They forget your ranch and marinara sauce if you get takeout. It would be nice if they would check sometime during the process, especially if they charge for the ranch!

Adam was rude upon my request of extra napkins, he stated i was annoying and to leave him alone.never again will i visit. He also called me a qu**r because i was quote on quote “being rude”

Really good service and fast didn’t wait that long to get my pizzas that I bought and wasn’t to packed compared to other locations will definitely be back

Food was good, some games were down but they were fixing them. No problems and we enjoyed the experience here just as we have in past visits.

Usually this is a great location although today had a bad experience. Placed order on-line and came to pick up. Had to wait at the "pick up" counter while the poor kid working the register was very busy taking care of guests ordering and getting ice creams. Wouldnt mind waiting if the girl stacking boxes and the guy in the black polo wernt to busy doing busy tasks making the poor kid at the register running around like crazy on his own. Then after making eye contact the guy in the black polo decided to start cutting pizzas after coming out the arcade and completly neglecting to wash his hands or wear a hat or hair net. No sense for food safety or service.

Well let's just say I love the pizza but my issues is I ordered take out of course I had to get there delicious pizza and I also ordered two salads well I got the mandirian cranberry and the Italian salad and what can I say.smh.the Italian salad wasn't Italian at all it turned out to be just a regular salad.lettuce and tomato wow what a rip off and false advertising to be honest in My opinion don't advertise it the way it's shown if you don't have the proper ingredients to properly make it.very dissatisfied.come on Man.
