One of the best car buying experiences ever, and I've bought quite a few new cars. Yes, I'm old. The sales personnel are very friendly and informative, but never pushy. This was the fourth dealership we visited. Really had no intention of buying a Chevy, but they had a great vehicle, gave me a great price and quite frankly I just wanted to give them my business based on how I was treated there compared to the other dealerships in town. Go to Peters, you won't be sorry!

Great experience, every one were true professionals. Terri Frost helped us build and order the exact Tahoe we were wanting. She kept us up to date on the build and delivery date. We were happy with the entire process.

I shopped online for several days and looked at a few trucks. I drove from Texarkana to Longview and loved 2 Rams they had…well I loved many, but 2 I was interested in buying. I returned when they were opened, met Clay and purchased 2022 Ram 2500 4x4 w/CTD and LOVE it. The buying experience was great. Price was decent. The employees were all nice. Great experience! We drove several vehicles and a few a couple times to make sure we were satisfied with our decision. Isaac Tovar initially helped us but was busy with another customer and asked us if Mario Barrios could help us. Mario did great and was super patient with us and was always a step ahead. Very nice waiting area and the staff was great, as usual. This was my first experience with the service department and I have no complaints.

This place is the worst. You wait forever, they lose your car and paperwork and it's just terrible service all around.

they were good when you buy but when you pay off your vehicle and want a refund for your warranty they won't talk to you.
Will not be buying from them anymore.

Luis Arriaga made the entire process so easy. This was our second time working with in and like always his customers service was excellent. Mario Barrios assisted with going over our Onstar services and he also provided great customer service. James in finance was thorough all throughout closing and made the closing process as easy as possible. All of the staff we encountered were kind and accommodating when a need arose. My family and I would highly recommend Peters to others!

I really liked the customer service, I was looking for a car with them, and I went several times to see different cars, and I didn't like them, but they very kindly kept searching until I found what I was looking for.

I brought my truck in for a recall part installation. I was greeted by Chad upon arrival and was taken care of right away. They took my truck back and about 30 minutes later I was ready to go. Fast and painless.

Buyers be careful! They will sell you a messed up vehicle and refuse to fix it! I have bought 2 vehicles from here and never had an issue until it came to their service department. They will try and sell you parts you don’t need and never call you back. What’s bad is they never have any loaner vehicles (whole car lot but not a single loaner) they are quick selling you a vehicle that’s messed up but won’t fix it and act like it’s maintenance issue
