These folks are locally owned and operated. The store brand dog/ cat food are made locally and bbn is healthy for your 4 legged family member. There are also additives you can add in store for additional supplements and flavor boost. They also have a program that after so many purchases they provide a free bag of food.

Amazing customer service both employees make and female helped and explained everything regarding the food and nutrients of the brand activa.

Just started our babies on the Activa food.we got a small free bag at first to test it.dogs love it! Eric is very knowledgeable when it comes to customizing the food.

Great customer service. You're always greeted as soon as you walk in the door and asked if you need help. The staff is always very helpful and polite. If you have questions they have answers. A very good place to shop for pets.

We came in just before 8 pm on 10/12/2019. We had a discouraging visit at the El Paso, Zaragosa location. The store hours state that they are open until 8: 30 pm. The store looked closed. There was minimal lighting and the open sign was turned off. We had to get off to verify that it was open. We buy the activa no grain dog food regularly since our vet recommended it to us. We normally purchase 3 bags at a time. However they informed us that the two supplements we normally add to the food would not have any oil added because the employee had already cleaned the mixer with a degreaser. The oil base is what makes the supplements stick to the food. We were forced to leave without our purchase. PLEASE DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT YOU CLOSE AT 8: 30 PM WHEN EVERYONE IS READY TO LEAVE AT 7: 50 PM.

I must say, Abigal Gallegos is the person to assist you! She has outstanding customer service and her help is simply AMAZING! Pets is lucky to have people like her working there.

I love this place! They have healthy dog snacks and durable toys for dogs who love to destroy toys in minutes.

Always get what I need with good service. The people who work there always make sure I get what I need and some tips on what dog food is better.

I love their fish and aquarium section, but I also get food, treats and stuff so its a nice trip anytime I stop by.

The two young people who were working yesterday were very helpful, and knowledgeable. I went in to very supplies for my puppy going into training classes. And they knew just what I was looking for.

Good customer service, Zaragoza location is the best place for good service. They always help and do not mind adding our dog food additives to the bags.

Employees very knowledgeable of my puppy's needs & mixes his food accordingly. A little pricey but as my dog is a Maltese mix he does not eat that much a month.

They are always very helpful and they have really good quality food. They also help out local shelters, which is even better.

Everything seems overpriced. Saw some of the same products at Wal-Mart for almost half the price. The staff is helpful though. The place is always quiet.

I'm a regular here for dog food, puppy pads and chicken scratch. My dog is a picky eater but really enjoys their new custom dog food. He's been eating it for several months without issue.
