18 My visits to the North Heights location are always a pleasure. Everyone is always nice and polite.
My "big boy" truly enjoyed his visit with Jewel for his grooming.
Always out of what I need. I'm forced to drive to other locations to get Science Diet puppy canned food. They never check their stock. Today I was told that they don't sell it. Why do they at other locations? My perception of this location is LAZY customer service.
If you’re big on being greeted don’t expect that here, customer service is like a drive through mc donalds. The grooming is ok but make sure they inspect your dog in front of you, if not they will add on a matted fee even when your dog isn’t matted. 1st visit I didn’t notice the charge at the time, 2nd visit the girl came back out to tell the cashier that my dog was matted I told her to bring my dog back and show me and of course they magically disappeared.
I called about getting a grooming appointment, was placed quickly on hold and
after a long wait, disconnected.
Poor; very poor customer service.
If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Won’t go into details, just know that i won’t ever get my dog get groomed here again.
Good experience finalizing our adoption on our foster kitty boy, Pancake. Thanks to Petsmart, and Milly from GNAR for everything you all do to help animals.
I’m extremely disappointed in this Petsmart location. I brought my dog in for his scheduled grooming appointment only to be told that it needed to be rescheduled for another day because the one groomer on duty wasn’t feeling well and was “crying in the back”
While I understand these things happen, I don’t understand why I wasn’t called and notified to reschedule instead of having to come all the way up to the store to learn this.
It may be a blessing in disguise as the last time I brought him here, he developed an ear infection due to water getting in his ears and had to have antibiotics and steroids. So much for second chances.
A smaller store but it still has the things we needed. An employee was available to answer questions, they had the food we were looking for in stock, and we had placed an online order and pickup was easy.
I live in Spring Branch but go to this location where I use to live because they have the best customer service. Thanks Jeff for your expertise and help today.
My very 1st visit with Groomer, Miguel was pleasant the cashier was hilarious she smacked & chewed gum as I danced to their music playing. We then realized we had a Melody of our own going lol! She smacked while I danced. I'm pleased with their level of Services
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The groomer Jewell was very rude and has lack of consideration for others. I have been to other Petsmart in the Houston area and I never encountered the attitude from an employee as i did from her. Spoke with the store manager Jeff and he seems to be ok with her behavior.
Great location for Oak Forest area, very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of items. They also do grooming at this location.
It super small and has the very bare minimum of everything. And i only saw one staff member working on stocking and cashier. It feels very stale in there, like a place you shouldnt talk above a whisper.
3 for the service! Everyone there has been really nice and helpful.
Every time they do a redesign of the store they stop carrying something I buy! First it was cat litter, and now one of the cat foods I buy is only available in big multipacks. I don’t know why the higher ups keep doing this, but eventually there will be no reason for me to go to this store. Which is awful, because the workers are fantastic and it’s in a really convenient spot for me.
Cashier here is so friendly, but it needs a better small animal section. Had to start ordering my Guinea pig stuff online.
Its a shame how terrible customer service from the grooming section has come to. I've been bringing my pup for about 3 years now. Everything was great until now. I made an appointment on xmas eve 2018. When checking in, apparently I was not in the system. Jewel gave me a nasty attitude and pretty much kicked me out because I "didn't have an appointment" told me to go somewhere else because she was not going to do it. I tried giving them a try again today, since I know Mindy the manager she's a sweet heart. Joyce was the one in there this time, and when taking my pups in, she did not take the time to look at my paper work. Kept on asking me questions and I was responding but she was being absurdly rude, throwing my paper work back at me. When I asked to speak to the manager, she went off on me and told me it didn't matter she was not gonna take care of my pups and walked away just leaving me there. The manager did come to see me, gladly he took care of me the proper way along with Miguel. They actually took the time and I did have all the shots and information that they needed. Unfortunately due to these incidents, as long as those two rude ladies are working there I will not return.
Store was clean and employees were very helpful. They did not have a product I was looking for but would return for other items when needed.
