We have been boarding our Boston Terrier (Dottie) here for many years and the staff knows her quite well by name when they see her. We recently took our new Old English Bulldog puppy (Pearl) and Dottie for a week-long stay because we couldn't take them with us. Both dogs were well cared for and seemed to enjoy their week at the spa. While Dottie is older and enjoys her quiet 1: 1 play-time, Pearl got to have a lot of social play time which we wanted to reinforce that experience for our 6 month old pup - which was excellent. We are always pleased with our experience and the care given for dogs when we have to board them Love the staff for always treating our doggies and us so well.

Dog boarding at this PetSmart is not guaranteed. I reserved a couple of days for my dog at the Dog Boarding at this location during the long weekend a month back. The reservation went through fine from Friday thru Monday and I made plans for the weekend. I get a call from PetSmart on Wednesday saying that the location is overbooked for the weekend and they dont have a place and says Sorry for the incovenience. And since its a long weekend, there is no other place that takes in the last moment. I would not entirely trust this place to keep their dog boarding reservations. I am giving a 1 star because, they could have called earlier or not take the reservation at all. Otherwise the store and their employees are very nice.

I recently bought a new light bulb for one of my fish tanks. There were about 3 options and since i didn't know exactly which one i wanted i bought them all, brought them home, tried them out and returned the 2 I didn't use. This was that return trip. It went smoothly.

Hi PetSmart. I'm guessing you are at the mercy of suppliers, but I can't get filters for my Brand New Top Fin 55 gallon tank (filters are PF-L). I bough the tank about 6 weeks ago and you have never had these filters in stock. It is out of stock in nearby stores and online. Anything you can do to help or give me an estimated time to be restocked? Local staff are great, but could not help

FOLLOW UP-Chad in the Flower Mound store, swapped out my entire filter system to a different brand that has the proper media in stock. Thank you!

I love this place. Loki stays here whenever we travel and seems to enjoy himself. Staff is great and they offer Veterans discounts. Amen

Excellent service. They do amazing work on our dogs. The staff is super friendly, know their stuff, and always excited to see the animals. We drive 30 mins just to take our dogs back to them each time because of the great work that they do.

Asharon is an amazing groomer with our elderly schnoodle. We won't take him to anyone else. We've also used Kat & Amy for our other dogs and also recommend them. Reasonable price and convenient. I wish management would add the tipping feature when paying with a credit card. We always have to try to remember to bring cash to tip the groomer.

Great store. They always have plenty of pet supplies. The basket at the back of the store by grooming has lots of cute pet outfits in it.

Juan helped me with my turtle set up. He was so kind and truly showed that he genuinely cared about my turtles needs. I am so grateful for his customer service and he deserves a raise! Tiffany

Not the best location of you're looking to actually buy a pet. Plenty of accessories around, but the selection of actual live pets was abysmal.

We love the Flower Mound PetSmart. They almost always have what we want in stock, except for Fancy Feast can cat food (& a lot of times we have to open their stock boxes for them). They r always so friendly and the store is clean.

Austin in the pet hotel is the best! He’s always super friendly and accommodating. He treats my baby girl Layla with love and care. He took the sweetest picture of her and a new friend she met today.

Employees aren't wearing proper masks and they're not enforcing guests to wear masks either. We just reached 400,000 deaths in our country. It's sick and disappointing. I'd rather pay double the money and have my items shipped by evil Bond villain, Jeff Bezos.

The employees are very friendly and they are always nearby incase you need help or have questions. Their knowledge of the products and animals they have is unbelievable and very reassuring when your not sure. The boarding/playtime/training department is also well maintained. The staff is great with the animals like it's their own pet. And we needed to cancel a day before boarding our 3 dogs due to family emergency the staff member without hesitation canceled and also canceled our grooming appointments as well. It was very reassuring and I definitely will come back for not only the boarding but also all my pet supplies.

I made an appointment for my dog to get groomed and had gotten his rabies shot that morning. No where when I booked her appointment did it say anything about having to wait 48 hours. (Which I understand) Ann was the woman who was checking us in. She spoke very low and I couldn’t understand what she was saying also she was not nice at all. Acted like we were bothering her. I will not be bringing my dog back here to get groomed.

Expensive. $18 for 2.5# bag of dog food. Wanted larger bag, but shelves empty. Store clean, and staff very friendly & helpful.

Busy day here on Saturday! Had most of our "wants" for our fur babies. Was overcharged but when we went back to have the error fixed they did so with absolutely no problem PLUS they figured out just how it happened!

I had an terrific experience! Ericka was amazing and did a wonderful job! My two Australian shepherds were taken in to get groomed for the first time ever and one is five and the other is soon to be ten. I’m very picky when it comes to how my boys hair looks so I was very nervous. Their hair had just been so bad lately that we needed professional help! Ericka bathed, brushed and trimmed their hair for me! They turned out fantastic! I will be bringing my boys in regularly from now on to see Ericka! 10/10 would recommend!
