This is our go to place for stocking supplies for our doggo Simba! We have been going there since Simba was a little puppy. Their dog training sessions are amazing. We enrolled in their beginner to advanced program and it really helped our dog focus his energy into learning and training. Ethan their trainer is so patient and is so good at his work. Highly recommend. Apart from the trainings, we also love their grooming services. Simba always gets groomed every year before Christmas! Everyone is just so friendly and welcoming. Happy we have one close by!

Wow, you've gotta give these guys a big thumbs up. I was really impressed with their selection. I'm not a big fish person but they had the knowledge and information to help me make the best decision for my tank. I highly recommend!

Only issue was the person machine cleaning the floors while the store was open.id presume this is normally a task that should be done before or after hours.

The condition of the betta fish is absolutely DEPLORABLE. I don’t feel joy looking at these fish in CUPS. They are living beings and deserve the best life possible. I saw a few of them in there that had swollen bellies and just looked in bad condition overall. @petsmart please stop the sale of these beautiful fish if you can’t maintain their proper care until they find forever homes. Some of those bettas are priced at TWENTY DOLLARS! If you’re gonna make profit off of them, at least take care of them!

I just left the store and all I can say is clean organize this place is awesome. 2-15-23 The ladies were all nice and polite very professional some other stores could learn from this team in this store. My cashier was very professional and Courteous her cashier number is 724924. Thank you

Zack is a great awsomer groomer. My dogie is very nervous and scared but he loves to go see Zack on a monthly basis. We followed Zack do to his awsome care with our dog. Shorty will not go to any one else. We have had nothing but very professional help at this location. All personal always speaks and ask if their is anything they can help with. You have a great staff and very caring people here.

Four associates standing around talking to each other while there is a line of 5 people isn't a great idea. Also if you're required to wear a mask walking in, why aren't your employees wearing them? Also keep up with your dead fish. People come in frequently on the weekends to adopt, and you've got 15 plus dead fish in your tanks during business hours.

This pet store does really well at taking care of the fish tanks. We enjoyed looking at everything and talking to the team members.:)

My two granddaughters adopted 2 cats so the kitties had their first shopping trip inside to find treats food and water dishes! We saw the snakes and some pretty birds it was fun. The store was very clean and the employees were very helpful!

Love the staff an how they only carry good brands of dog treats an they aren't harmful to my dogs I will always be a customer

I go over to this petsmart 4 times a week to just walk around and everyone is super nice. My kids have named 6 hamsters and 2 Guinea pigs. This snake though is so pretty. It is still there and ready for adoption.

Customer service was SUPERB! Didn't know Anything about goldfish or beta fish. Nuthin'. Young man was excellent.led me thru whole process of buying birthday present (beta, fish bowl, etc.) for my only grandson, Omar. Big 10 years old.

I find the people here quite versed in animal needs including reptiles. The wait time for crickets for those of us who have lizards is every Tuesday as I was told. Polite and courteous people work there so seeking anything is not a hassle. Only wish they had scorpions and or taurantulas.

You pretty much have to be self-sufficient to shop here. While they do have all of the supplies I need for my pet, the staff was rather put off by any questions on the products and services offered. It was like you were wasting their time.

Staff at thos particular location is always great. I would have given it 5 stars, but it seems like the prices go up each time.

After a sour experience with Petco I was able to make Banjo an appointment here and they were so good to him and he came out so clean!

I have taken my dog here once for the grooming salon to get a bath and brush/nail trim etc. First time was a great experience! Took her back again for the same service and was very disappointed. When i picked her up she didn’t even smell good, she smelt musty like and she was still damp so they didn’t even blow dry her all the way. Her nails were barely trimmed which i was also disappointed with since her nails were fairly long and was in need of a good trim. Wasn’t expecting the second time around to be this bad since i had a great experience the first time. I will not be bringing her back because it’s a waste of money to not even get the complete service done.

I have given Petsmarts grooming more than one chance. However, for the price, the quality of grooming is sub-par. They left long hairs, her ears are uneven and still unclean. I went back to ask them to fix her ears and they tried. I will not be returning. For $87 my puppy should look brand new.
