I don’t recommend coming here to get your pet groomed. There have been times where I have found cuts along my dogs body. One of my main complaints is the communication between service and customer. It is horrible and a hassle. If you have an appointment on the weekends, be prepared to have them cancel on you last minute. Also, they seem to overbook their groomers. There have been a couple instances when you come to drop off your puppy they will turn you away because there is too many dogs to get through. Courtesy phone calls don’t exist with this place.

They have all of your general needs, but if your pet has special needs, you're outta luck. My dog is basically allergic to everything but water. I wish PetSmart carried more natural goods like Zignature.

Always go to this petsmart location because it is close to me and the staff are so nice and helpful.

But on my last visit.one guy who was stocking some products on the shelf.was ignoring me at the time when I approached him to ask him to help me to find something.
He just limited to say down to the way on the right side.
I thought. Really?

Anyway. I had to search by myself what I was looking for.some flea shots for my dog.

When I was looking for which one would be the best one.two ladies come and start talking about the same thing.which one will be good for their dog.
We start talking about our dogs and the problems with their fleas.
When I saw the guy just looking at us talking but he never came to assist us or help us.

When finally I decided which one works for my dog.and at the time to pay.the cashier was so nice and helpful.and answered all my questions about the doses of the flea shots!

She was so nice versus the other guy who obviously had the same passion for helping customers.

Location: south park meadows shopping center.next to Walmart. Easy access to the store from south ih-35.

Price: affordable.
Parking: plenty free parking.
Customer service: EXCELLENT, but not from all the staff.

Highly recommend!

Nice selection, friendly employees, but unless what you want is on sale, they are way over priced.

Took my service animal in with me today and while looking at productsthe male employees cornered us in an Isle asking what needed, explained we didn't need help just shopping for the dog and he sneered at me and repeated what I said then just stood there. Went back down the isle and made our way out of the store where two security guards were waiting but they said nothing got on my vehicle to leave and the employee came out taking pictures of me and my vehicle. I stopped and asked him if there was a problem and he shook his head yes and went back into the store very quickly. This employee and store violated my privacy by taking pictures on his personal phone then making veiled threats.

They have what we needed but it's hard to find a employee there to ask where something is.

They didn't have the right size cat food bag but I won't hold it against um. Love this place.

I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I walked in today looking for some forage mix for my Guinea pigs; went to look at their stock of guineas for fun after and saw one dead.
It was very obviously dead and appeared in a position that made it look like it had been struggling to breathe, along with green crust around the nose. The poor Guinea likely had some form of respiratory issue; and due to the stores neglect for their animals, they didn’t have any idea what was wrong with very visible signs that the pig had some problems and didn’t care enough to call a vet at any point in the day; even with a vet ON SITE.
It’s outrageous that the store didn’t care enough to check on them every now and then, and what’s worse is that the employee who was tasked with “taking care of” the guinea, just threw it in a trash bag. (The employee just did their job.it’s the store’s management and policies that really failed here.)
Not to mention having multiple (3) bearded dragons together, in not even a 1’ x1’ x 1’ enclosure isn’t a great idea because they’re prone to fighting when confined in such a small space.
This stores neglect towards its animals is deeply sickening and I hate that they are one of the only major pet store options nearby.
If you can, avoid going here at all costs. Save yourself the possible heartache of seeing something horrible and it being swept under the rug like it’s nothing due to the stores greed.

Surprised by their inflated cost. From hot spot spray to simple dog treats. Definately not easy on the wallet.

My girls are happy here and love coming to a friendly place. They are professional anf produce great customer care.

Employee made myself and my service aniybery uncomfortable, then came out of the store and was taking photos of me and my vehicle on his personal phone. I stopped and asked him if there was a problem and he shook his head yes then moved quit ack into the store. Real creap, wouldn't trust him around animals.

Clean store and lot of things on hands. Some things like medical treats or diet food definitely want to call a head. Not out all the time but if it's popular definitely make sure it's there.

Also a great place to let your pup pick out their new toy too.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. However the product I received is absolute trash and not sure why Kong products were recommended when they won't last even 3 days.

I made a bath & grooming appointment for 10am and was told it would be 4 hours.

I went back at 2pm and was told, “We are busy with some express grooming dogs first. Once we finish with them in 2-3 hours, we will get to your dog. ”

How disgusting that PetSmart thinks it’s okay to leave my dog in a crate for 6-7 hours so that they can prioritize “express” jobs. Let alone they have no consideration for my time or schedule.

Please do not trust your pets with these people.

Super fast veterinarian and open on weekends! Awesome! I was happy that they clipped kitty”s nails. Disappointed however in cost for a cat bath. Why do dogs get all the perks? Where are the cat grooming: bath and nail places? Anyhow that’s discrimination against the cat race lol! Everytime I’m sold something through these visits! I feel like I’m upsold to a higher plan that will cover something additional that my vet visit’s current plan didn’t cover. Oh well I guess that’s how they make money but at least the service is good. I do feel however that you can find better prices elsewhere for flea medication, dental treats and other items. I don’t complain I just pay it because I’m just happy that there’s a Banfield nearby and readily available to see my pet. I have a few more comments to add later but overall I’m very happy with the care given to my pets (cat and fish) at petsmart Banfield, and at Vetco petco as well. I am disappointed that the lady at grooming # who answers the phone for scheduling at this location is just outright rude! You need to fire her and hire someone who has customer service skills. Lastly, hire a weekend groomer available for cat grooming. And open a Kyle location please. Lastly I wish you’d do more to help with lost/missing pets - at least have an online portal And/or a poster board at least for flyers! Print vide some type of service for locating microchipped pets.

The employees here are always so sweet, even when I bring my really badly behaved dog too. Once they even sang the song in the commercial for her trying to cheer her up

The lady in the reptile department was very knowledgeable help me out with. Thei they're dandy and I feel very confident leaving the store highly recommended
