PetSmart, Plano TX

Brought my puppies in for their first haircut, felt like a super judgmental environment, most of the crew was in a bad mood. My puppies had some matting and I heard Branden E say “Jesus Christ” so I cancelled and took my pups home. I’ve tried getting those Matts out several times and was seeking professional help, I was not expecting to be treated like that

Couldn’t get my dog groomed. He’s overweight and couldn’t stop panting quick enough so by the time I made it to the parking lot, I got a call to pick him back up. The personal dog trainer was extremely helpful though and so was the cashier up front.

I normally take my dog to petco but they was full so petsmart had one available appointment available and I’m very picky about who’s grooming my dog especially when it’s his first time going there but I must say Braden did an amazing job on Bentleys haircut I told him Bentley has a new groomer we will definitely be back

My cat has seasonal allergies and I went in to try to find something that could help. The staff at this store is really friendly and knowledgeable. They suggested several products. I really appreciate the help.

Our baby is fully vaccinated and has everything she needs and it still wasn’t good enough for them. They made me feel like a terrible person, dog mom. Horrible service. Had a nice weekend planned that we had to change last minute. Thanks for nothing, Petsmart!

My favorite big box petstore! They have great sales and coupons, and also take back any food my cats decide not to eat and let me exchange it for something else. Checkout people are always so nice as well and when you walk in, you just feel that it is a happy place!

This location is OK for getting various pet supplies. The staff is almost always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I've seen too many dead tropical fish in their displays.

The staff is amazing here! I had to go yesterday get my GSD some boots for the incoming summer heat and an associate helped me getting the size tested. Very difficult to do it first hand by yourself!

Always happy to give a smooch to the pups which helps tremendously with social interaction!

The groomer was knowledgeable, gentle, she made sure my MaltiPoo (Badger) skin and hair where alright for the grooming. He looked gorgeous and pranced around as to say, "Look at me I look awesome yep really great"! Thank you PetSmart. Nan

Absolutely LOVE this store and the groomers are all wonderful! They had their grooming academy for students learning how to groom the dogs in today and their instructor was excellent! 10 across the board for customer service and care of the animals! Along with their regular staff always being great, the students were eager to learn and do the job well! Very professional! I wish nothing but the best for them all! Dani and I thank you! She looks great! And her bows were a precious touch!

Actually, no star needs, I was there a couple of days ago to buy gold fish, and they said I have to buy a tank. Otherwise, they are not selling them. It's ridiculous.

I visited PetSmart in the evening and found it to be a pleasant and quiet shopping experience. It was refreshing to be able to shop without too much hassle or delays. I highly recommend visiting this location during off-peak hours for a stress-free shopping experience.

If you intend to buy from this store, you must be very brave, because if you are looking for a specific product and cannot find it, no one will help you, and if you ask the employees there, they will argue with you that it is your duty to find and don't ask any questions.i will not go to this store anymore.

Prices seem to be higher lately than other pet stores and there were a lot of dead fish. The store was clean and organized well.
