Hope is an awesome groomer. She works well with my anxious fur-baby and keeps me informed through the entire grooming process. Also, very honest when Charlie gets matted and needs to be cut/trim more. Charlie loves her and cries less when I leave him.

Easy stop that is consistent with the PetSmart brand. We use this store for live crickets, animal food, bones, and misc toys/beds for them.

It’s been a while since I have been in this store!
I have always been a petco person.
My husband went here and I was pleasantly surprised on the new remodel and all the great pet supplies and items that they had compared to petco!
There was a lot of fish supplies including really nice tanks!
There was alot of great pet supplies!
Will definitely be back! Great job pet smart!

Clean store with a pretty good aquarium selection. I need to revisit when I have more time to take a better look at what they offer. I noticed a small decoration is included with each of their Betta splendens, which is a step-up from most pet stores

Our first visit was fantastic, I have a rescue dog with a lot of fear issues, and they helped her through all of her nervousness and shaking. Our second visit I mentioned I was trying to get a pool sample if they could save any for me so that she can get, a final fecal done at the vet. And they told me she couldn’t come until she had a clean vehicle. But when she came the first time she was under treatment and this time she’s clean we are just doing a double check and they won’t take her. Doesn’t make sense apparently they do not consistently follow their policies or communicate set policies when setting an appointment. Thank you for wasting my time and an hour. Drive to get to you.

Very rude employees. Will not ever shop there again! The type of behavior I experienced should not ever be allowed or tolerated at any business. Especially for such a huge company.

Store is always clean, employees say hi and smile and are kind to your pet. I have not had any issues at this location.

I get my ridiculously furry baby groomed here with Jay, and what a blessing! My pup loves Jay sooo much and I get her back looking like a supermodel! I had her groomed once at my vet and was so put off by the experience I thought never again…my dog was leaking hair, she was still slightly damp, and seemed like “get me outta here” which is very uncharacteristic of her, as she’s very chill, loves people and pets, and loves to go to the vet! My sister recommended PetSmart and I decided to give it a try…and I am in love with how wonderful Jay takes care of my floof monster and how happy she is when I pick her up. Additionally, all the staff is very friendly and the entire place is soooo clean. Do you guys clean houses? Come over! Love you guys!

Update: Last time I took my pup in I was told Jay no longer worked there…such a bummer. I still gave them a chance but, to put it kindly, I was not satisfied…like at all…like I’m better off bathing her at home.
As such, I’m rescinding my 5 stars, as a 3 is more appropriate given my last experience.

The people are still super cool, and the shop is still great.

They're not accommodating at all. Unprofessional and the service is terrible. When they have open appointments available online ALL DAY, but makeup excuses to not accept them over the phone, something is very wrong.

Been here at least 5 times and it’s been a horrible cut every single time. This last time they just left random hairs sticking out everywhere. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

They always take special care of my little Chihuahua and she loves going there. This is the only place I will take her beauty treatments done

My son loves coming here and looking at the animals. Everyone seems pretty nice and they don’t bug you or follow you around, even if you’re just browsing.
I absolutely love that the cages for the animals are very clean, and I noticed today the hamsters even had real veggies in their bowls alongside their pelleted food which made me happy because it seems like these animals are well cared for.
The cats for adoption in the back have cozy beds and the litter box is in a separate little kitty section in each cat apartment, so cute.

I’ve been dropping my dog off here for almost two years and I highly recommend Hope, Jessica or Ryan! Those are the only staff I’ve had service done on my dog and they’re nothing but lovely. I’m in shocked that my dog runs straight towards the back and is excited to see the staff. Which reassures me that he’s been treated nothing but well. 10/10! Great place to trust your fur babies with.

Always smells funny but it makes sense. They have everything you want and dont need. Some animal products contain chemicals that are harmful to your pet. But also we eat McDonald's so
