Our dog goes here for grooming. They are friendly and our dog smells great. They do a good job!

We brought our baby boy in to see the vet for his shots and an overall checkup …He is over the top nerves and completely overcome with anxiety when he is put in these situations …The staff handled us all with grace, ease and super fast hands…We love our Dallas boy and want him treated the same way we expect to be treated. From the checkin at the desk all the way out the door…the service was on point! Thank you for being kind and understanding to our needs. We appreciate you and we will see you in 3 weeks!

I usually come here to socialize my pup. This is also my preferred pet store to shop in the area as it's usually cheaper than Petco. Clean store, friendly staff. I do wish they had more of a selection on certain things but I understand the store caters to the masses vs specialty items. They seem to be out of a lot of items pretty frequently. Not sure if it's chain supply or ordering issues.

The location gets pretty busy during the weekend with lots of people bringing their dogs. Unfortunately, a lot of the owners don't keep their leashed dogs at a distance and insist their dogs need to come "say hi" to your dog. If you're trying to socialize your pup I would come on a weekday or weekday evening.

They always have the supplies I need for my turtle and fish needs.plus it's fun to go see the adorable dogs they have! Helpful fun staff.great place for your pet needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I mainly deal with the Banfield veterinary staff. Dr. Hurst is fabulous! She always takes time to make sure I am up to date, understand any tests/procedures, and answers my questions and concerns.

Alway had a good experience but there ethnic male employee with glasses didn’t catch his name that worked morning shift around 8: 30 on the 19th that was clearly doing something so I let myself out and was going to close the sliding doors came to me and said don’t let yourself out sarcasticly.

They had a sign for 15% off Cat trees, but didn't abide by it when i went to the register. Still had to pay full price.

People were friendly once I got to the cashier.before that they followed me around watchinf rather than asking if I needed help.felt like they thought I was going to steal something.spent $500 cash that's when they started to be nice.what a shame

I wanted some fancy looking, regular old goldfish, for my tiny pond. I mentioned this, but asked for a dozen of whatever the young lady helping me could catch. She took her time, and caught a full dozen BEAUTIFUL goldfish for me!

Kate took care of our goldendoodles, and she's a legend. She did an amazing job, and her customer service was sincere. Minnie and Maui have a favorite groomer now.

My dogs were at the Hotel, I loved it, they came out super happy and the girl who attends loves to play with them, definitely a great experience

We were interested in adopting a small dog. We went to the Chuck silcox adoption center. They told us the dog were interested in was a Petsmart dog. They had tagged the dog to be adopted out of Petsmart. We went to Petsmart, all they had was large dogs. We asked where the small dogs were. We told that they get adopted about 30 minutes after they get there. They don't stay long. They told us that the dog we wanted would not be at the shelter for two weeks. We did not get the dog. The people were wonderful and helpful. Igmf, you are looking for a dog, please consider adopting from the city or Petsmart, they are both helpful and the dogs seem healthy and well cared for.
