I had an emergency on pet supplies, and two young ladies there were so helpful that it hurt me not to shed a tear because it was so genuine. They could just have watched the clock til closing

The staff at Lakewood Petsmart are the best! The groomers are all so kind and knowledgeable! Kailee took such good care of my Teddy Bear! She was kind knowledgeable and super sweet. Teddy loved her so much. She’s the best cat groomer! I will always utilize this service and this facility

I shopped here and I actually interviewed here for position that I turned down only because I don't think I could have committed to the hours they needed the staff here is amazing and what they do for the community and the animals of this community is above and beyond

We have been Petsmart members for years, we finally decided that we wanted to schedule a grooming appointment for our Shih Tzu. We had never shop at the Gaston Petsmart location, but they had openings for that day. We get there and they tell us that they can’t groom my baby because she has a heart murmur. I’m a nurse so I completely understand the risks. My whole problem with the situation is that they’re telling me my dog need to be on medication my baby goes regularly to her Veterinarian, and has never been prescribed any medication for her murmur. Why would these techs try to tell me my dog need to be on medication? Your not a doctor, please don’t try to diagnose my dog! I left there very worried, calling my Vet multiple times that day due to them telling me that. Someone should definitely remind these techs of their job description. My Zoe loves to be groomed and pampered and she got that at another place the next day. She is beautiful and I will be using this groomer from now on. I have ended my account with Petsmart!

Definitely my #1 place for my dog however their fish selection has decreased considerably in several stores causing me to visit the those “speciality higher priced aquatic stores”

They’ll overcharge you then not say they can’t refund you.
I was checking out with the credit card machine. It asked me if I wanted to donate $10. It is directly above the “ no thanks” button. I thought I hit the no thanks button and it charged me the $10. I asked for a refund and they told me they could not give it to me because it was a donation. I did not authorize this. They did not seem to care.

I enjoyed visiting this PetSmart. They are always stocked with what I need and staff, like Dylan, are friendly and ready to assist as needed. I would recommend for other furry lovers!

Celia is always pleasant when I call. You can tell they have a staff that cares about your pet. Dr. Thorne has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend this location!

Store is good. Would give 5 stars if they have a cart return or help load stuff into cars. Many other local stores help.

Always a pleasure taking my fur baby to banfield and grooming salon for services, professional, and friendly associates. Store stocked mostly with good sales, loves the senior discount on Tuesday with salon and treats points.

More options than anyone could ever need for pet supplies, treats, groomingaccessories, leashes, etc, They offer groomers on site, veterinarian services and they are very dog friendly. I take my older dog in for toe nail clipping and they are so gentle with her, even though she hates it. We stop in to browse whenever we go to Starbucks.

Seems to have everything I need in terms of food, toys, and treats. They even have a few things I didn't know I needed. I like their adoption events and their support of these groups. Definitely recommend!

Online orders are always correct. In store pickup is a breeze. You do have great job here.

We've been taking our dogs to be groomed here since we moved to the area and can say that Kailee is the best dog groomer we've ever had. She does a fantastic job cutting/grooming our dogs and being poodle mixes, they're definitely not easy to groom. Most importantly, Kailee has a wonderful attitude. You can tell that she's so genuinely kind with our dogs which means a lot to us when we're leaving them with her. Thank you to Kailee for everything you do!

I loved the training with Shelby, but I hate the grooming. My dog needed his nails cut and a bath. The basic stuff. He has thin hair so not even a haircut! He didn’t get his nails cut until 30 minutes of waiting. So he was in a kennel in the back for 30 minutes after I dropped him off… really? It’s been over an hour of waiting and they still aren’t done. I was told it’ll be another 40 minutes… how long does it take for a bath on a short haired dog? ! I didn’t not expect him to be left in a kennel by himself in a new environment for this long. He is still in there. This must be terrifying. I will NOT bring my dog back. The first time we had him groomed here, it took 30 minutes. If you do not have time to groom all these animals, do not schedule all these appointments. This is absurd.

Love my Lil guy got him over a year ago. He's a part of our lil family. I love that when I need the bedding or his food pet smart has everything he needs and more for a really good price, and I love that we get points for everything we buy the most I've saved using my points that I saved was almost $30 these day's it's good knowing I can save and love that most of his food is always either buy one get one free or buy one get second one half off. Bolt loves getting his pawdicure with Deanna. Only reason why i bring him tbh. She's the best.

Vets are great and friendly except all the receptionist, they always welcome you with a bad attitude, also if u ask them any questions they will respond the same way and when they have your puppy ready to be dismissed, they don't be specific on if everything is okay or not they just handed your puppy and say your good to go.
