PetSmart, Fort Worth TX

Felicia was amazing! I took my lab there to get groomed. We normally have to muzzle him but we didn’t have to this time! She was so patient and kind with him. Thanks again!

Worst grooming experience. I gave 3 chances. This location just isn’t up to Petsmart standards. I usually use the Sothlake location. They are disorganized, not knowledgeable and unskilled. I will never book here again.

Came here with my special education class to buy a class pet and now we have a beautiful blue betta named Bruce! Everyone was very helpful with all our questions on how to care for a fish!

Pretty decent location. Had to wait at checkout for quite a while on a few occasions. Other than that, things have been smooth here.

I just went to this place, is just horrible the way the animals are living is inhuman and disgusting, is so depressing seeing the way that they live, covered in pee and their own feces.

It's a great place the groomers are all nice and careing best petsmart if been too and I've gone to several.

Took my puppy to get his coat trimmed and all I heard was various reasons on what and why he was getting very basic trimming. If I was going to pay them for this and that then basically what you get is just a 30.00 USD bill. My experience with PETSMART was a bad one for been the first time I used them. Never again.

The service for Banfield is pretty good. The area is always clean and the staff always has a smile to greet you. The recording system needs work because I always have to correct some of my information regarding the last visit or previous treatments. Otherwise, it is good. The prices of the plans have increased but this is the first increase in 8 years and it was only $5, so I think I will stay.

They always take great care of our dog. She stays with them at doggy day camp weekly and we use them for boarding as well.

Will not take my dog back to Banfield. The doctor and her assistant were rude and very harsh when handling my dog.

I get the best service there for my dog Lucy! Katie and the pet grooming salon is the greatest!

Good Service in the store. Still that one crabby receptionist at the Banfield but I can ignore her because the dog lives the older receptionist. We will be trying it the pet hotel soon as well.

People are helpful but it's always cheaper to order online for pick up. They wont price match their website in store.

This petsmart is great. Everytime I go in there are plenty of sales people to help me. Most locations don't have so many people and sometimes its difficult to find help. It is quite expensive here though.

I love that they have a Fort Worth animal shelter inside the store. I got one of our dogs from there.

Katie is great with my 2 kids, Bonnie and Clyde enjoy seeing her and she really enjoy seeing them.

Ok. Adopted a cat. The smell in the adoption center was horrendous but it is natural so no complaints.

Convenience is the name of the game here.supplies, grooming, and Banfield hospital all in one location.

Great layout. Easy to find things. Staff was wonderful and very nice. And the adoption event today was heaven!

I love this place! I love the people who work here and how clean it always is! Everyone is always super friendly and accommodating and I appreciate that so much. The managers are always quick on stand by as I often need assistance buying a lot of stuff. They have awesome sales so I try to always take advantage of them.
