PetSmart reviews
22They seem to be just like every other store right now when it comes to inventory. Still trying to recoup from Christmas. So, maybe, as of now, they deserve less stars but it's hard to justify when so many shelves are empty across the town.
The associates at the salon are wonderful. We got all our questions answered and they are able to groom our special needs dog. What a great service. He looks like a new dog!
Send your puppy to day camp! At least a couple times a month or week:) it is so good for them. And very reasonable.
Very disappointed with the Arlington Highlands (TX) grooming salon.
Took my persian cat to a grooming session with Meghan which was scheduled for 7am. They took my cat out of the carrier and commented on how sweet and cuddly she is. To my utmost surprise, 15 minutes later, the groomer told me that they couldn't groom my cat since she wasn't quiet. They actually butchered my cat's fur and was going to send her home just like that until I complained, then they asked me if I could wait on Meghan since she was more experienced with cats. Meghan arrived with quite an attitude and told me that was the best they could do and I needed to take my cat to a vet and get her sedated and ask the vet to groom her. I told her that we have 4 cats and they have always groomed them properly, her answer was "there is a first time for everything". I normally spend around $280 per week at Petsmart among toys, scratchposts, cat litter, food etc, we also used to board 4 cats as well with Petsmart, now that won't be happening. I will be taking my cat to Crossroads Animal Clinic to be groomed since Petsmart did a horrendous work. Needless to mention that I will be taking my cats and my business elsewhere from now on. The customer service at the Arlington Highlands (TX) store is horrible. Mansfield is no better.
Once each month on a Saturday they offer free samples and coupons. Prices are competitive and they carry to your car when asked.
This is the place to go if you have pets as I do. They always have many products on sale and that sale lasts about a month so I can get all I need for a month and SAVE money too. WIN-WIN!
The staff are always helpful and informative. I haven't used their doggie day care or the vet services but at least they are available at the store.
I have dropped my puppy off at the hotel on 3 different occasions now. Outside of my first visit, there had been an issue every time. They forget to do the work, that I have booked with the groomer and then rush to try and do it while I wait. I will not be bringing my puppy back here again. After this last visit I have lost faith in their abilities as professional groomers and animal care givers.
Great selection of games in the food is pretty good overall a good experience and a fun place to go for something different
Got a new and bigger fish tank, the crew were knowledgeable about what I was needing and how to take care of my tank.
Customer service excellent. Only negative is the grooming service (doggy nails trimmed $20) seemed a little pricey when compared to price elsewhere.
Everything is easy to find and the staff was very helpful in making sure we found what we needed.:)
I didn’t get pictures as I called a order in to pick up. That was fast. The location however is a little challenging to to get in and out quickly. As there’s so many stores set up at different angles.
Their website said they had it in stock in store for $29 get to the store and it was $62.attendance said that's online only and I pointed out the fact that it said in stock in store she's like yes but that's not the store price it's the online price. I went over to Target and purchased it for $24.
My lil cocker, Heidi and I love this place. I come here as often as possible to check out the store and get her new toys. The staff is friendly and always willing to help find what you need. My lil dog is blind but she always wants to walk around and loves the kids who want to pet her. I think it's really nice that they offer Santa/pet photos. Thanks to this location for being so "pet friendly". I did, however, think the main isle is too small as displays made it hard to walk.
Took my dog to the groomers and they failed to call me when he was done he was there for 4 more hours than he should have what's worse is when I got there to pick him up they had to rewash him because he pooped in the kennel and got it all over himself. Who knows how long he was like that before they noticed it
The staff is Great! Dropped my 13 yo Shih Tzu there for doggie daycare - 2 months while displaced from my home. They greeted him by name each morning. The drop of curb service was awesome on mornings so was running late.
The groomers here care more the fact that Starbucks drinks are brought to them then the dogs that are brought into their facility. There are plenty of them there to get stuff handled but unless it's a purse dog they drag their feet in getting the animals from the customers. If I knew it's going to be this hard to get anything done, I would have gone somewhere else.
Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly and helpful! I did think there were too many displays in the aisle. Only one cart could get through so there were 'traffic jams'.
It was clean. One of the dog groomers was really rough on a dog while grooming him/her. It was a little aggravating to watch.
I always love PetSmart. Great service, large variety for all kinds of pets and I can take my three dogs inside with me. It's a little too warm in the store, but that does stop me from going. They have pet grooming there and an in house vet as well. Sometimes the humane society is there with puppies, dogs and sometimes cats, to adopt. They have pet training classes, too!
