They have a large selection of pet supplies. Some are priced a bit high. You can bring your pet into the store

The animals fishes were so cute and friendly
The workers were grate too they were good and nice

I couldnt catch anyone in the store to help me with dog shoes. They had a great selection of collars and toys that was EXTREMELY well organized, i could hardly believe it. Clean store. Good selection of food even though i didnt have anyone offer to help me. They did an excellent job of greeting everyone when they first enter the store though.

I called the store looking for a particular item. The boy that answered the phone was very helpful and went the extra mile to find it for me

The store itself is fine with all the normal items youd look for in a pet store. They never have enough clerks to check out customers in a timely manner.

Not a great variety on cat accessories, and the prices seemed a little high which is why I ended up going to Petco. Cut animals for adoption on display and the staff was very friendly.

I ordered online for pickup and they emailed me when it was ready. I walked in and asked a woman at the register and she retrieved the product I ordered. They had a 10% off sale for today on all online orders too. Quick and easy!

They seem to always come through when I come to finding the items I look for.
My wife and I shop there frequently.

They're holding adoptions for adorable puppies and kittens as well as sweet dogs and cats right now.

It's a PetSmart, very involved in the local adoption community on the weekends. Nice to have for when you need something right now, or want to see what it is before you buy it.

Great service all u need to carry is more sweaters or shirts for our pets my little 3pound dog needs u to carry more

This place seems to advertise things they dont have or carry in the store and the fish selection sucks

I wish we had have a PetSmart come to Pampa Texas instead I have to go all the way to Amarillo please bring one to Pampa Texas please

The staff here is great and the store is always clean and well stocked for dog owners. They nearly always have what we are looking for and they price match most competitors.

Customer friendly. Store organized and clean. Always stocked with product.restrooms clean. Very satisfied.

I went to pet smart and had a horrible experience one male worker made me feel uncomfortable, and then at the checkout the girl looks at me (i could tell she was judging me), decides to take a lunch break before checking me out. I feel as if she discriminated against me. I only had 7 items. I'm sure she would have had ample amount of time to have a lunch break.those two suck. Except the girl who Checked me out she was awesome.

Took our dog there to be groomed. They did a fine job but when I went to pick her up I had to wait in line (and it took a while) at the cashier. Is there really not a way to check people out in the grooming area? Very inconvenient. Especially when it's busy.

I like this store but have several areas that could use improvement. First, they are usually understocked in several areas. Second, they never have enough staff and the customers almost always have to wait for help in the store and at the register. Third, they are overpriced.
