PetSmart, Midland TX

The worst fish selection in West Texas. Each time I go to the fish selection is incredibly poor. The tanks are incredibly dirty, there’s always one, if not multiple dead fish floating around in the tanks. I don’t understand because the Petsmart in Odessa does pretty good with fish sizing, colors, and health. They also seem to restock more frequently. I suppose it comes down to management. If you’re in the area, just go to Odessa.

At drop off for my small dog bath and nail trim on Saturday I was asked if I'd like nail grind to smooth and round nails and I said sure. I'm new to the area and it's my first time taking her to this Petsmart for grooming.
Pick up was hectic since only one dog family is allowed in at a time and Bailey was ready to leave as soon as she saw me. I didn't look at her nails until yesterday and saw they did not use the nail grind on her. Her nails were shorter than usual, which I appreciated, but they were unevenly cut and rough. I don't mind paying additional for a service but I am very unhappy about paying an extra $13 for a service that wasn't even done.

Of all the pet stores, PetSmart has the best and most extensive selection of pet supplies. Well organized and clean.

Love going to this PetSmart. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy being able to take my dogs to the store.

Loved everything. The employees are great. Your new employee Dreama is amazing. She was very knowlegable about cats and help me find a really great cat food for my new kitty. She even helped me find everything else I needed for my cat since I have never owned a cat before. She even gave me some great tips on caring for my sweet new baby. If you have questions about cats. Love Petsmart and always enjoy checking things out for our animals. The only thing I will say is when there is extra pet food, a lot of times I have to read very closely to make sure the price matches with the actual bag. Quite a few times I have found a dog food that I would like to get but when I would read the fine print under the bag, it was actually for a different bag. Other than that, staff is friendly and helpful.

Always has just what I need for my fur baby. Can get a bit busy at the register, but friendly service makes the wait not so bad.

I had not been into a PetSmart in a long time. I had completely forgotten about the bewildering assortment of high quality products. Make sure you have an idea of what you are looking for before you arrive, or be prepared to wander around for quite some time.

They were helpful to telling me what was wrong with my turtle. However they are always low on inventory of new turtles.

Its clean and has a large selection, my only dislikes are the staff just walk around and look and dont really offer help or advice

The adoptions for animals at PetSmart is a great service and more people should adopt and support them. These two cats are brothers the sweetest you'll ever see Huey and Dewey need a home go get them and they'll make you happy as a part of your family

I Luff to buy my Princess Pepper her stuff from here. It has All kinds of things to buy, even animals.

Decent selection of pet toys and accessories, but not a good variety of pet foods, unless you like the $60/ 25lb bag dog foods.

OMG these people go beyond the duty of saving the life of any pet I found this kitten in the middle of the road of Florida Ave. Ms. N. Stegall adoptions diector of Midland Humane Coalition inside of PetSmart. She helped me & taught me how to care for this ball of cutness. Thanks U guys R the greatest.

My dogs love going to spa day at PetSmart. The staff is great with the dogs. I think the bath at PetSmart is. Great value.

Service was slow and the food was cold, You get the same excuses.sorry some of our help didn't show etc.

Plenty of supplies for just about every pet & reasonably priced. Always short on staff at the register's though.

I had an appointment at 10 am for a grooming. They called me two hours before and canceled my appointment and wouldn’t reschedule for the same day.
