PetSuites Arlington

I made the best decision to recently switch boarding services to PetSuites Arlington. The staff is so caring, prompt, and attentive to my pups. The most impressive feature is how clean the entire building is. It doesn't smell like there are 30 dogs playing around.

Also, my pups are completely relaxed when they return from play camp.

I have chosen pet suites Arlington to board my great Dane, Ella, multiple times and have always had a great experience. They always answer my text and send me updates when requested. I also appreciate the paw report I receive a few days after her stay to see how she has been doing in group play and with her eating. I recommend pet suites to all of my friends.

This is the best place a dog owner could ask for. The staff is over amazing and the groomer is #1. I would recommend PetSuites to everyone! Check them out.

As an employee and a customer for my three dogs, I love this place. There’s so much room for growth here and the staff is genuinely so in love with every dog here. I started last year just as a host, and now I am the social media manager and a host lead. I love coming to work and playing with all the dogs to make my day.

PetSuites Arlington is Top Notch! My dog Chance always has sooo much fun when he is there. They are very clean and health conscious for all the pets. They always have fun activities and things to keep the pets engaged. Staff is always friendly. I love the ability to text them with any questions or just to check on my baby. I tried another facility for my pet but they didn’t come close to PetSuites! Chance and I will be customers for a very long time!

As a former employee, I debated on whether or not to post a review. I decided to in the end because honesty is something I pride myself in and something I felt was lacking at this location. Take my words with a grain of salt as you should any review, but I do think everyone should be informed of their actual practices before choosing to leave your kiddos with them.

They look good on paper, but don’t follow through on a lot of the things they claim to clients. Individuals (which are more expensive through group costs) are not given 10-30 minutes alone with a human like they claim and are often all thrown into the potty runs with a toy to churn them out faster. Which makes sense if you consider how much time that would take (2 dogs would take an hour and usually they have 10-20 to get through just in the am), but doesn’t feel so good to know you’re paying $20+ for it.

Some dogs that are supposed to be in daycare will be left out because the staff member in group doesn’t want them in there or there’s a dog in there that doesn’t like them, but parents will not be informed of this, nor will their money be refunded.

They’ve been claiming cameras are going to be set up for over a year now. I don’t believe they will be doing so any time soon, but any time anyone asks, they’ll tell you again it’ll be sometime soon. This is what I was instructed to tell people as a receptionist.

They don’t board or groom cats but they claim to do so both on their Facebook and their description here, so if you need a place for a cat, I’d call a different location. This is the only one in DFW I believe that does not work with cats.

Their trainer Zoe is good at her job and the only saving grace at this location, if you ask me.

If you are going to work for them, you will have an inconsistent schedule. Holidays are busy so they won’t let you take off for them, besides maybe the actual holiday.

They are very health/safety conscious. They are all so helpful and friendly. I like the fact they call me when she is done with grooming and my puppy has a great time. She's clean, smells great and always tired when she gets home. A fun day for her.

My dog tundra loves the staff here! The communication is awesome! The rooms are spacious and clean! We are worry free when tundra goes for boarding! We have been going here for a few years and will continue to do so!

My Frenchie Olive loved her stay at PetSuites Arlington. I got regular updates on her and she came home very happy. I love that I can schedule her stays online and the staff there all seem very nice.

We have been using Petsuites Arlington for the last two years since the owner of our former boarding kennel had retired and we are so happy with how the PetPros take such good care of our baby girl! They always keep us updated while we’re away and love seeing the pics of her enjoying playtime with the PetPros! Thanks for taking such good care of our baby girl!

This was the second stay for my sweet giant boy, Ozzy. The team there is awesome and take great care of him. The paw-gress reports are personalized and include pictures making me feel secure that my big baby is in good hands.

Hands down the best experience with boarding we’ve ever had! PetSuites is in a lane of their own with no competition, period. We have tried boarding with our other dogs at various places, but have never felt that the experience was all that great. This was our Popcorns first time boarding and oh my goodness y’all! Everything from the intro phone call with Cali, to the walk through onsite with (I can’t remember her name, but she was awesome), was excellent! PetSuites is legitimately like a dogs home away from home. The walk through gave ‘a stay at the Hilton’ vibes and all of the dogs looked and sounded like they were having a blast. The facility was clean and everyone greets you with a smile the moment you approach them. The staff sent us a “pawgress” report that detailed how he was doing throughout the evening, which was very relieving since it was his first time and we were a little nervous. Popcorn was pooped so he slept all the way home, and I’m pretty sure he wasn’t actually even ready to go home yet

They did an amazing job with my dogs. My dogs enjoyed their stay thats for sure. Thank you all so much.

Referred by a family friend who works there. When I arrived everything was explained in detail, I was given a pawgress report, provided with a photo and the prices are affordable. The location is clean, professional and my fur-kid loved it! He had so much fun he was tuckered out and napped for several hours. We can’t wait to use them again which will be soon, and we will recommend to others.

Pet Suites Arlington is great. My dog is happy going in and happy coming out. He plays all day and sleeps and eats well. The rooms are not cages and that makes it more like home.

I love this place for my Milo. He is an only pet, so I try to take him there once a week just to interact with other dogs and he loves it and so do I. The entire staff has been amazing. They are so polite and welcoming.
