Sunny is SOOOO incredibly knowledgeable with inventory and has has gone out of her way time and time again to give me the very best pricing for the upmost quality. One of the many examples: my husband and I are in the middle of building a home. I had taken a pict of some tile I liked (over a year ago) and, just by seeing the pict, she knew exactly which manufacturer made it and from which series it was. She hunted it down and shared lots of info about the product options. Hands down, Petty Flooring has amazing customer service and takes care of their customers.

We had decided to replace our downstairs engineered wood flooring with wood-look tile. After some initial browsing at a few large retailers, we visited Petty Family Floors in Round Rock. Contrary to what you might expect, they had far more product samples in their showroom than the big stores and even have a bunch of different samples installed on their actual showroom floor, so you can get a sense of what products look like under your feet. We received personal attention from someone who actually knows flooring and who remembers talking to us each time we go in. It was also easy to borrow samples to take home. Once we selected a product, scheduling demo and install was smooth. Our installer was a craftsman whose dedication to doing excellent work was obvious to us. We are very happy with our new floor and working with Petty Family Floors was a good experience in all aspects.

This is the second time we have had a project done by Petty Family Flooring. The first time, they installed gorgeous tile in four areas of our home after another contractor left us high and dry with partial messed up tiles and a bunch of concrete leveler all over the place. It was truly an amazing rescue mission, and we are very appreciative because it turned out perfectly. This time, we had carpet installed in several rooms. Their selection was great and they allowed for a lot of time to select exactly the right color and style. We brought home a bunch of their samples and looked at them and all kinds of light, and everyone was very patient with our pickiness. They gave us great advice on how to make good choices, and their installers were on time, super nice, and really efficient. They had the whole project done And half the time I thought it would take, and they did a perfect job. Thanks again to the crew at Petty Family Flooring.

I recently had a carpet installation done in my home, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Working with Sunni east, she was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive to my needs and preferences. They took the time to discuss various carpet options with me, explaining the pros and cons of each, and helping me choose the perfect one for my home.

Sometimes the thing you are looking for has been there all along, but you haven't noticed it. When looking for a flooring company, it's easy to get taken in by tv ads from these massive companies with large marketing budgets. You will see those marketing dollars in their quote, believe me. There's something to be said for going local. We've been in the area 13 years and never really noticed Petty Floors. Heck, we've been in that shopping center more times than I can count and never noticed. If you are looking for a flooring company, you should take notice! We replaced all of our builders grade carpet with new carpet from Petty and it looks absolutely fantastic! The quality is incredible. The workers were very friendly and detailed. We went and saw a massive selection of everything. Sunni spent time with us and we came back multiple times during the decision process. She guided us and helped us, never selling just educating. After the work was complete, she came back for a quality check. We are so happy we made the decision to go with Petty!

Treated us like a family and helped us from beginning to end. Our floor tile and kitchen backsplash is gorgeous plus we got the baseboard too. We cannot thank them enough for helping us with our renovation. Best decision ever. Special mention to Des, just amazing.

They are professional and you can tell Sunni and Des put their all into what they do. We were more than thrilled with the process and the conscientious effort and results. Our entryway is a true work of art that I don't believe anyone else could have pulled off. We are so happy!

Great company. Great group of people, from Sales to installation. Sunni was very helpful in helping me pic carpet and padding out since i had never done this before. I had asked they hold my order for 30 days and she did. A week prior to 30 days, she setup install and asked if the date was OK. On the day of install, the men showed up on time and very professional. They came in, pulled old carpet/padding out and installed new. Very quick and easy. After, they asked i walk through and make sure all was ok. If i ever need or anyone ever needs Flooring of any kind, I definitely recommend them.

My flooring looks great and was installed with attention to detail, no complaints at all. Very satisfied.
