THE MANAGER, DAVID ZEPEDA, PROVIDED SUPERIOR SERVICE FOR OUR CATERING ORDER. DEFINITELY A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE. ALTHOUGH DOOR DASH SOMEHOW MESSED UP OUR ORDER, MR. ZEPEDA, WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO ENSURE OUR GATHERING WENT ACCORDING TO PLAN. IT IS SERVICE LIKE THIS, THAT HAS KEPT US LOYAL P. F. CHANG CUSTOMERS FOR MANY YEARS!

Terrible.
David the manager is a very bad manager. My son went to get a job there and after an hour of talking and filling out paperwork, David decided since my son considered Applebees for employment that he no longer was welcome to work for PF Changs, he dismissed him for that reason.our entire family will no longer be a customer at that location.

Steve our waiter, he has the best attitude. He made the best sweet tea! We spoke to one of the managers his name is Raul he was wonderful also. Me and my friend Sarah were their to celebrate her getting her PhD and we needed to tell Steve's boss what an asset he is as a staff member. Sarah and me have a new hangout spot.superb food, great staff.you won't be disappointed. OH and bring your appetite!

6/19/2021 ~ This was a "birthday" celebration lunch for our friend. Our waiter was not what I would call "friendly". He was just "there" at best. The chicken lettuce wraps were okay except the lettuce was cut so small that there was barely room for the chicken and there was no way to "wrap" them. The Asian Almond Orange salad barely had any almonds or mandarin oranges. We asked to add chicken and it was very thin, dry, and overcooked. We informed our waiter and at least they didn't charge us for the chicken. The crispy honey shrimp was not crispy at all because it was "drowned" in honey and overly sweet. All in all, it wasn't up to PF Changs "old" standards. It was a very disappointing experience and we won't be going back to this location any time soon. We'll stick with the NorthPark location.

The food was cold and flavorless. I was there 10 minutes before a server ever acknowledged me. I usually like PF Changs but probably will not go back

Today's visit started out REALLY SLOW on service. HOWEVER, the hostess, Clarisa, and Manager, Dave, came to the rescue just as we were prepared to give up. Great service recovery; and great food! We'll be back!

What's not to love about P. F. Changs? Tried the new Mongolian beef pot stickers and they were great! Love the changs spicy chicken with sweet chili sauce! And the apple pear mojitos are a great twist!

Filthy. Poor service, food was not great. Such a shame as the location at north park and in Austin is great. This one is nothing better than a 7-11 bathroom and the bartender made sure that was the case.

Good gracious. The service here is always just terrible. It’s a shame because it’s a very clean restaurant with great food. I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but I’ve now had an almost identical experience twice. My dad always orders hot tea when we arrive and they ask what we want to drink- now twice they have forgotten only his tea and we’ve actually gotten an eye roll when it’s asked for again. Twice it hasn’t come until we have our food. Hard to get refills on water and our waiter both times hardly acknowledges any requests just sorta grunts and walks away and maybe comes back with what you want.super slow, fairly unfriendly, very disappointing.

I liked mine, my husband's was fair. So it gets three stars. I am always happy when we go, even if it's a little pricey.

Ordered Lunch Today Crispy Honey Chicken Bowl with the Fried Rice there was nothing exceptional about this Food at all. I ordered through the Work Door Dash App. For this Pricey food I definitely expected more in the quality of the Food. Would I spend $14.00 again, the answer is no!

We had a wonderful birthday dinner here for our daughter. Brent is an incredible server. He is so personable and made our experience over the top. The young man that was a host was also exceptional. They even signed a card and brought to her - it was very special. The food was amazing! We will always request Brent when we come, he makes the experience even better. Thanks, Brent!

They shrimp lo mane was really good. I had to add some red chili paste to smaik a little spicy. When daughter had the chicken noodle soup, which was really not that great. Change up getting a ship lomaine instead. We also had the general so's shrimp which was excellent. The white rice was good. The service was good.

First time going and I had an amazing experience. The food was so fresh and full of flavor. Our waitress Ravyn gave us great customer service. I will definitely visit again.

Food was very bland and ordinary. It was dry as well. We ordered quite a few dishes and only one was worth it, think it was salt and pepper shrimps. Most likely we won't be going there again.

Always great food and atmosphere. Nice for special celebrations. The Chilean Sea Bass over spinach is wonderful, just the best.

Our waitress, Chantrell, provided the best my family has ever received. She made my brother’s birthday extra special. Her attention to detail was super and the food was all tasty! We ate everything and left happy and satisfied. She made the night. We will be back because of her!

I'm so sad because it's not as delicious as before.my favorite dish was tha cashew chicken and when the waiter said ylthey still can serve it, it came out with no cashew or any alternative nuts.which I didnt like.

Excellent food. I always forget how good the food is at this location. I'm usually not a big Asian fusion food fan but this place is really good.

Rude staff unwilling to take a to go order, the young man who helped me was so rude and unprofessional! I live P F Chang's never at this location again ever!
