P.F. Chang's, Austin TX

Ate there tonight and the food was great, as always, but there were surprising issues. The music had a strange loud rap/hip-hop irritating bass not compatible with the traditional Asian music we have always enjoyed here. Service was very slow and the server, who did a great job, was obviously trying to work too many tables. The manager apologized and said she would remove the charge for the appetizer or give us a free dessert. When the bill came, we weren't offered dessert and the appetizer was on the bill. It took a very long time to get our to-go boxes, as well. Another odd thing was that the restroom choices on the restroom doors were either women or blank, and in Austin if it's not clearly a women's or men's room, there's no telling what's being served up in there.

Looks like a remodeled PF Chang and food was good however both the chicken and steak were a bit dry/overcooked.

Waitress did not have skills to serve. Ordered 3 items between 2 of us and they came out one at a time. She never returned to check on us and I had to wave her down twice for additional tea. Food was good.

Convenient curbside option for current climate. Big servings, but a bit unclear which would be spicy from online ordering menu, while others were relatively bland. I assume the price point would be more appreciated as part of a fancier dine-in experience.

100% great food, service and atmosphere! Very friendly staff makes all the difference. We will definitely come back and recommend to family/ friends.

Drinks came out wrong 3 times, food was so so, waitress and manager ignored us. PF Changes has changed.

Down to 3 stars at best.

Is was delicious! Good food, service and atmosphere. We made it our tradition to come to PF Chang's every New Year's Eve.

I must give a five even though I picked up my own order it was fresh and hot at our table. The Sea Bass was tender and tasty on it's bed of wilted spinach. Sides were also flavorful. Their service was right on time, friendly, very informative and helpful staff over the phone and in person. Thank you for making my 2021 off to a delicious start.

It was good. Food used to be better, not sure why it has changed so much, seems they try to be farm to table, it doesn't work for me.
Server had too many tables and we had to ask for everything.
I will go back, just wasnt as special as it used to be.

The food was not really authentic Chinese food, its American-Chinese, but the desserts were “berry” good, the blueberry cheesecake was on point, the banana spring roll was pretty and delicious. Not a bad place to eat overall.

I love this place. You can actually carry on a conversation. I took my boyfriend to dinner there for his birthday. Both meals were cooked to perfection. He finish his but I had over 1/2 of my Shrimp with Lobster Sauce leftover. They gave me a fresh order of rice to take home with the leftovers. Since it was his birthday, my boyfriend got to choose one of their mini desserts. He chose the cheesecake. It was served with s candle. We weren't rushed. It was a very enjoyable evening.

Place was freezing to me. Waitress took 3 tries to get our order correct. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Parking was good, spacious spots.

Ordered Singapore black pepper chicken and it came in all dry! When asked they just took the dish away! Not coming here again!

Love this place. The flavor of the food is consistently good as it was 20 years ago. Favorite place.

It has a very nice and elegant feel, perfect for a date or a nice meal. It does get a little crowded so be prepared to wait a couple minutes.

Upscale Asian food. Closest thing to Chinese takeout type food if you're used to like NYC type good takeout. Highly recommend the ribs, cauliflower tempura, and green beans. Everything else is decently generic and satisfies my cravings.

Loved eating here. The food is good but a little pricey. (Not a fast food place, like Golden Panda.type). You must try the pork egg rolls with the horse radish sauce. It will rock your world!

We went there to celebrate a birthday and it was a wonderful evening. The food was good but the service was excellent. Our server, Carey, was so attentive but never intrusive. Great atmosphere.good food.

The place is great. We prefer to sit at the bar because the the bar tenders are very polite and helpful.

Outstanding food and impeccable service. Reasonable price for an unforgettable experience. Our server Davey was fun, knowledgeable and fast. It was a perfect date!
