I understand that sometimes doctors have to take time off for personal matters, but it is unacceptable for a patient to have to constantly be rescheduled due to the doctor's unavailability. This is a major inconvenience and it undermines the trust needed to build a professional and successful doctor-patient relationship.

I have now decided to seek medical care from elsewhere, as I cannot trust the reliability of this particular practice.

Additionally, the office was always packed and the waiting times were long. Dr Pflanzer was always accommodating but it was clear he was overworked. Additionally, for people who came in to get allergy shots, it was unprofessional for the nurse to holler everyone’s names out instead of walking to the waiting area and calling people back.

THERES NO DOCTOR…THIS CLINIC IS A JOKE. MANAGER IS LETTING ALL THE GOOD EMPLOYEES GO. MANAGERS HAS AN ATTITUDE WHEN I TRIED TALKING TO HER ABOUT THE BILL. RIDICULOUS CLINIC. NEED TO CHANGE DOCTORS TO A PROFESSIONAL ONE.

Dr. Pflanzer is pleasant, I've only met him once and that's when I first came in. Every since then, it's been per hell. People there are racist, don't know there jobs are anything about billing or anything else. Makes up rules as they go. And his wife, rude as hell and after today 10/9/23, now I see why the employees are so stupid and rude. They get it from her. He needs to come out more before she runs his business into the ground. They don't keep black people working there long. Just a revolving door of employees and they don't know how to treat their patients especiallyif your black.

Well, I never met Dr Pflanzer as I was seen by someone else, but the experience with the staff was horrible from start to finish. They didn’t know what insurance they accepted, didn’t communicate why I needed to return to the office, didn’t suggest blood testing for allergies, only did the back test. I had to ask for blood testing which they tried to discourage. They didn’t provide thorough testing for allergies at all as they didn’t have most things in office to test on me. A waste of time and money.

This place is a joke! The staff are not trainer properly, unorganized and very unprofessional. Your not paid well or pay is delayed.management has no experience in healthcare and micro manages all staff. The clinic has uncertified personnell preparing serum which is causing patient to have allergic reactions. Beware of this scam!

So satisfied with this practice and Dr. Tiffany. Awesome to know Dr. Pflanzer is still as knowledgeable and helpful as he was when I started with treatments back in the early 2000's. My allergy needs have changed with age and I'm totally satisfied with the medical service I am receiving.

Staff is friendly, efficient, and goes above the standards of making all their patients feel comfortable and welcoming! Doctors are qualified and caring!

Excellent service, caring staff and Dr. Pflanzer is very attentive to the needs of his patients.

Joseph and his staff are the best. Betty and Ryan have been FANTASTIC with helping me get back to outside to freedom! In a year my allergies have improved enormously! I love the smiling faces when I go the Pflanzer office. Thank you to a great team!
