Make sure to ask for a detailed receipt so you are not overcharged for services. I took my cat today for a visit, a vaccine and a nail trim and was charged $39.95 extra for a nail service that was 1/2 way done. I am extremely disappointed. I Would NOT recommend this place. They were not honest nor clear about their charges.

My senior dog was sick and took him here for the first time and they were great with him. He felt at ease and got better quickly. I've since made this location my vet of choice. The staff is very professional and friendly. I will continue to come here.

I took my puppy here for an eye check up. Loved the team. They were informative and knowledgeable. We got in and out of the clinic in no time. Can definitely see my puppy recovering sooner than expected.

Every single time I've had to go here has been amazing! The staff is great and professional. They can always find time to accommodate my busy schedule as best as they can. Love that I chose here for my pups. I've gone foe regular check ups, spade procedure, growth removals, and emergency situation. Unfortunately I had an emergency with one of our babies and he passed but they handled it so well, with love and comfort to us. They gave us plenty of time with our baby before for left and the services they use for the after care were amazing as well. Love everything about the Pflugerville animal hospital.

I would recommend this place to everyone that loves their fur babies like their own children. I cannot put into words how kind, generous and genuinely caring the staff is here. The Veterinarian dr was a blessing today. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Reasonably priced and luckily was able to get my pet seen the next day on Saturday. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from receptionist to vet. My first visit and will use them again in the future!

Dr Swahti and staff are amazing. Same day appointments which is hard to find. New to Pflugerville and dog had a bladder stone. They got him in, did the surgery, educated me, had medication in stock and called everyday! It's nice knowing you have such wonderful people close by.

I was shopping around to get my newly adopted dog spayed. This clinic refused to give me any kind of estimate without coming in to charge me for a consultation and check up. As someone who works in healthcare, we are trying to get away from these practices and be more transparent when it comes to cost. The fact that now even vet hospitals are trying to pull this deceptive business practice is highly inappropriate. Giving someone an estimate for what a procedure costs SHOULD be the common practice in healthcare. I hope your business changes your protocol for the benefit of all pets.

Had to do an emergency visit after my dog ingested sugarless gum that’s main ingredient is xylitol. Before contacting PAH I called 3 other emergency vet offices with no luck. Thankfully PAH was happy to take us in straight away.
The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Swathi was very thorough, and made me feel confident with her care.
Dr. Swathi and the techs saved my dogs life. I can’t thank them enough.

I attempted several times to use the online scheduling system to get my two dogs started with this clinic. Not one response or call to my appointments or my requests to inquire on the status. I put customer service as one of the number one criteria for chosing providers and they left me more than dissatisfied. You may be well served with going to where Dr Gaudilpally is now working in Hutto at FM 685 Animal Hospital. Wonderful customer service and appointments within a few days of making appointment.

Never disappointed, Don't upsell. Goeas over pricing ahead of time so no sticker shock. Very friendly staff. Clean. Knowledgeable.

I love this vet office. Looks like a hole in the wall, but a hidden treasure. These people are serious about proper vet care. They're thorough and detailed and just wonderful people.

I brought my cat in the other day and it's already a stressful and scary experience for him.and I but Gabby (Vet Technician) was wonderful. She took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me.the costs, the treatment/medicines, etc. I really appreciated her for that! It's that type of service that will create long term customers!
