Phi Coffee & Tea reviews
17What a fun place to visit! The Viet coffee was delicious and they gave us the most amazing little candies. Will absolutely go again. The atmosphere in there is so lovely. They don’t speak a lot of English but are the kindest people! A fun place to be a little adventurous with food and drink!
Unfortunately Pho was too salty and tasted old. We went on a Friday night. Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious. Recommend to ask for half sweet on the pear tea bc that was too sweet.
Bought a grill pork sticky rice, spring roll, and egg roll for togo. We planned to eat them in the car and No spoon, fork or napkin. I guessed they want us to use our hand then. There is one time i dine in and the staff only bring me food without chopstick, spoon or anything. I think they want customer self serve themselves. If this is the case. We dont need to tip them i guess. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.
Best drink EXPERIENCE of my life. The coco-egg whipped coffee whatever drink is phenomenal.
I'm pregnant so I'm often hungry. I went to Hiep Thai market and stopped by Phi to buy egg fried dough for $10.75. The waiter brought out a plate of fried dough and didn't have a spoon or plate with it. I had to wait and ask. I saw that the fried dough was blackened and I was hungry and ate a few pieces. Oh my god, the dough and eggs are so bitter, you can see it right away when you look at it, so why would you bring it out to serve customers? Bad service, but the food gets worse and worse every day. Don't come here and waste your money.
Becareful with this place, I ordered sweet soups to go on November 13 but the sweet soups expired on November 8.very disappointed
The sales staff's attitude is very unpleasant, they do the wrong thing but still argue, no one comes to buy food which brings frustration to everyone, the staff doesn't know how to remind other customers to get the line and still resists without knowing before or after, the attitude excessive
The food is great, especially for Arlington. The service is beyond horrible. I ordered a tray of egg rolls, after 40 minutes the person who took my order leaves. WTH, I ask the new shift guy whats up with my order, the kitchen never got it. 1 hour sitting right in front of the register. I had to prove that I payed with the correct amount. Freaking clueless people working there just hanging out
This place no longer good and went down the hill. Services are bad and slow. They forgot my food and when they make it… it came out cold.
The service is really bad. I took my family out from town and it was a disappointment experience.
We're from out of town and thought we'd stop by to have some coffee and tea. The place was dirty and Vietnamese ice coffee was horrible.
Brought out our drinks and straws that's when I noticed a leg came along with it. Outside seating was littered with trash! Too hot to sit outside, but still should be cleaned!
Cleanliness is the utmost importance in the service industry!
I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. Their snail and balut dishes are really attractive and delicious, suitable for my taste. I regret that I only have time to eat three dishes. Next time I will come back and try more dishes.
I had a delightful experience at this restaurant. Their snail and balut dishes were truly enticing and delicious. I regretted only being able to try three dishes due to time constraints. However, I will definitely come back next time to explore and indulge in a wider variety of dishes.
Restaurant itself is a good space for solo or group dining, cutely decorated.service on the other hand could use some improvement.they don’t like to speak because all the words (or lack of) i received were blank stares, “dine in or to go? Anything else? ” and more blank stares after the transaction is through, not even a thank you or “your order will be out shortly”.
places that provide poor customer service usually has really good food.but this one is a double whammy.i ordered combo 4 - bún thang & café sửa trứng.the broth is 3/5, kind bland.portion looks big but the content is minimal, mostly broth and vermicelli, 3 thin pieces of chicken, few shredded eggs and cha lụa.cafe trung is okay but keep in mind the egg foam on top is not made fresh so don’t be surprised if a stomachache ensues…$20 for a meal but was still hungry so went next door for a bánh mì sandwich sigh but at least they played Backstreet Boys haha
Food was less than average and underwhelming. I had the combo #1. This place is filthy inside. Tables unwiped and floor laden with food reminants. Also, not conducive to study. Mainly an eatery.
Great coffee. Grilled pork rice platter is so so because they marinate the meat too sweet. Be aware that they don’t work with Doordash anymore but they don’t disable the online order function. They’ll make you cancel your order through Doordash
Anyone who wants to eat at this restaurant should listen carefully
I stopped by to buy a cup of avocado, and here in America, avocados are cheaper at $1 than fresh avocados
Why do you think this place sells frozen avocados, then put them in the microwave, heat them up, and then grind them for customers? When they first bring them out, they're all black after about 10 minutes.

We ordered the Sinh To Berries (Strawberry Smoothie), Sinh To Xoai (Mango Smoothie), Egg Milk Coffee, and Thai Green Tea. They tasted good. They closed off some of the seating area.

I had actually walked by this place before and ignored the menu because I thought they only served drinks. So, the business name is a bit deceiving. They have a full menu of sandwiches and dishes too!
We ordered 3 Banh mi sandwiches and a Thai Green Tea with boba. They tasted good, but my combo sandwich was a bit light on ingredients. I opened the package and spun the sandwich around and couldn't find the opening. Granted they only had one of the combo meats available and we came after the lunch rush. But, other Banh mi sandwich places stuff so much that you see the meat and ingredients sticking out where the bread opens up. I'd like to try this place again to try other things.
The interior is completely remodeled and has a nice atmosphere.
