Philip Hoel Park reviews
7Nice park! Wish the playground equipment had some sort of shade.but still very well kept.
This is our favorite park in Lubbock. There is something for everyone here. There is a pretty pond with fish, ducks, geese and a variety of trees. The playground is nice and rarely crowded. There is also a nice paved walking trail and pavillions with benches. I think there is even a camping style charcoal grill available.
Nice park tennis courts, small playground, benches and some tables. At this time of year, December, lots of ducks and geese to feed. Lots of people jogging and walking dogs. Doggie poo bags and receptacles. Nice, safe park.
Love Hoel Park! Excellent for a walking park. Small playground but enough to keep the kids amused for a bit. But they have the best flock of Geese around! And the ducks are awesome too! My daughter and I frequent this park feeding geese and keeping fit! Our family came to visit so this is where we came for our family walk!
Nice park with pond. Playground for children 5 and up. My 3yo grandson had fun but it would have been a 5* if it had a younger demographic.
Great place to take small children to play and feed bucks and geese. Watch out the geese can be mean. Good paved paths for walking, running and biking
It is so quiet and calm here. The perfect place to chill on a Sunday!
