Phở Apple reviews
12Some of the best pho I've had in the DFW area. Staff was incredibly nice and the food was delicious. No wait whatsoever on a Saturday afternoon. The only explanation is no one knows about this place yet. Highly recommend.
We use to come here for years, but service isn’t as good as it use to be. A man with black glasses served us last and was not as accommodating. There use to be a woman who was very polite and considerate. Now I guess things have changed. After ordering a large bowl of pho, they skimped out the meat, the thai basil and bean sprouts now. I don’t think I will be going back to dine in anytime soon. This place is ok to do take out only.
Love this place. It is consistently one of the best fast casual restaurants in Plano. Try it please
The most sweetest, honest, hardworking people. Their egg rolls are to die for! Highly recommend coming here!
Pho Apple was a great place to visit! The portions were not small and were surprisingly a bit higher than expected. The place had plenty of seating and no wait, and the staff were very friendly! Worth visiting again!
Ordered pho and pork chop. Very disappointed with both the quality and quantity. Would not visit again.
Pretty decent pho. I was surprised they weren’t that busy. The bowls were very large for the price. Definitely coming back! Lots of meat and noodles. They just didn’t give enough veggies.
Pho is really good and they have plenty of choices. I don’t like their attitude towards the customer, they are not at all friendly. Very clean, easy accessible place, but they need to improve the customer interaction.
Love the vegetarian pho, one star off because their lettuce is not so great sometimes. Also the person who picks up the phone sounds super rushed on the phone/didn’t seem very customer-service oriented.
Edit: taking off a star for quantity. Ordered noodles combo, there’s barely any meat. For a dish as such, qty is so low.
Absolutely love this place, very much a hole in the wall for Pho. Amazing broth and loaded with meat for the price. Do yourself a favor, upgrade to the large for $1 more, and you will be STUFFED. Amazing taste, and amazing value, my go to for Pho for sure!
My fiancé and I happened into this restaurant looking for something light but good to have for lunch. Our first impression is that the restaurant is nice and clean. The staff was very nice and attentive. We ordered the egg rolls and vegetable/ tofu pho. We were disappointed that it really lacked flavor. The presentation was lovely as was the service but I don’t think we will return for their pho maybe and that’s a strong maybe we will return to try something different.
I am a pho lover, and this place was not only disappointing, but expensive for what you got. I bought two xl combination beef phos, a pork banh mi, and pork and shrimp vermicelli plate. The pho broth was watered down heavily the portion for the price was small the best thing about the pho was the amount of rare meat which made up for the amount of cooked beef, but it was to be expected based on the price and expected size. The banh mi had a good 10-12 french fry shaped cuts of pork the best part about it was the bread. The vermicelli is the sole reason for the 2 stars, the portions were best by far and the fish sauce was great.
