Pho Big Bowl, Watauga TX

Always liked this place except my most recent visit. I found a piece of trash in my pho and told the waitress about it. She was very apologetic and told me not to worry about paying for it. When I get up to pay the guy said 'no' and charged me for my 'trash pho' even though he left a full wrapper of something in my lunch.

Absolutely delicious I’m addicted. I was first told to try Pho once when I was sick so I picked this place. I’m now a frequent visitor and can’t get enough. It’s filling and refreshing and definitely made me feel better. The boba Thai teas are a nice treat from time to time also

I have always always enjoyed this place but now that I’m pregnant, this place has been my comfort spot! I love pho & this place is so so good!

Wonderful pho and service. They brought scissors for our toddler without us having to ask.

Very average for pho, also had pork spring rolls. Tasty, but nothing particularly stood out.

Food didnt taste fresh. Badly sliced and dried out ingredients when I came in during lunch. Unacceptable. I wont be coming back when there is better vietnamese food in the area worth paying for. I did not finish my meal and left unsatisfied. Witnessed servers pouring tea out of glasses back into the pitcher so I walked out. Not worth getting sick.

Tried for the first time and it was awesome! Husband had the P2 and chicken fried rice. He could decided which one he liked more. I got the B5. The veggies were fresh and crisp. We'll definitely will be back

Went back today but this time we dined in. The food was still great. However once they brought out the food they never came back to the table. Not once to check if everything was good or if we needed refills. Definitely still recommend, the food is great!

Here visiting from Southern California, and I have been here everyday since I’ve landed. That’s how great the food and service is.

I tried this place out today while visiting my father in Fort Worth, TX. I really enjoyed eating here. The food was prepared really fast. Staff was very friendly but was not too attentive to our needs for refills. The place wasn't busy at either. However, I will definitely recommend this place for anyone in the mood for some pho. There is no buffet here but for the price of the food you really can't complain.

The facility s clean looking and windows to see outside in the parking area! I was like man this place isn't dark like most places are that you walk into. They have plenty of seating. I did like the bar stool area. All the silverware, spoons, chop sticks, and condiments are at the tables.

If you need to make adjustments to your order they will do that for you too.

The bowls of the pho are perfectly portioned right for the average eater.

One thing this place nice and quiet

Menu has changed since we last went, not the same options. It was a little busy and I had to keep getting up for different things like soy sauce, take out containers and our bill. All our orders were brought out at different times, waiting too long.

It was good food, but I would prefer a full server. You have to pay at the counter so remember your number. It felt impersonal. Lots of people came and went and picked up food.

Pro tip: ask for the chili paste and sauces while the server is there, they were not at the table and we're not offered. I'd recommend they maybe offer to make suggestions on how to season and eat the food. We asked, but the ladies could have been more forthcoming to newbies.

I'd also recommend a hook for purses in the bathroom. It did have a surface to put a purse on, so that was good.

We visit here regularly for their traditional spring rolls! My daughter likes to order their chicken pho. Usually we do carry out service but the times we have dined in they are friendly and prompt. It's clean, inviting and menu is reasonably priced.

Today (5/30/2022) I had my very first Pho experience. I’d been a little apprehensive because “soup can’t really fill a person up, can it? ”
I was shocked!
I had the sliced steak and it was perfection. For my first time trying, I didn’t want to add anything. I tasted fresh cilantro, lime, the basil, etc.it was so light and fresh! Surprisingly it filled me up! I’m sitting on my phone hours later wishing I had more of it. I’m very happy I was brought there and I hope we get to visit again soon.
Service is great and I learned it’s family owned. You can’t beat that. Everyone needs to try this place! I’ll be back for sure!

Not gonna lie, when I decided to look for a good pho place and started reading reviews for Pho Big Bowl, my wife and I saw the negative review and the manager's response and immediately knew where we were going. We love to support local businesses who stand up to punks and this 3 like that.
That out of the way, our food was fantastic. I got the spicy bowl (p13?) and we shared crispy egg rolls and crab rangoon. Everything was delicious and the staff were phenomenal. Will definitely be back.

Updated interior is nice, clean restrooms.
And Pho is still the Best in the area! I keep coming back for more and more and more. Only they make broth so thick and juicy so I feel full for the rest of the day.

This place is lovely, the food was fresh and addicting whilst being affordable. The staff were very personable and attentive. I've been a long time customer and their food never fails me. They are low staffed (whos isn't in these times.) But their food still came out lightning fast. I'll be back!

Delicious and great service. The banh mi was delightful! Vermicelli was on point. Pho is on the more cilantro forward side - maybe just some strong produce but still quite tasty. Pleasant discovery in our backyard!

I was new to the Pho scene when I found this place and they have definitely made me a regular. The food is always great and fresh.my go-to's are P6 (big bowl with extra noodles or otherwise), crab rangoons, pork Bahn mi, and the crispy spring rolls.also love the Vietnamese coffee

Visited last Saturday and waiting to go right back this weekend. The service is prompt and friendly and the food is amazing. Thank you! I will be a regular from now on.

The broth is on point for the Pho! What sold us is that they have the option for FATTY BRISKET! Their Thai Tea was also awesome and creamy i can have an entire mug like it's nothing.so good! I forgot to take a picture but next time ill update the post with some. The Waitress was very attentive and walked around making sure everyone that was dining in was ok and didn't need anything. I love that she was able to recommend stuff too. Usually when you go to these spots.you better know what you want and stick to it.but here the waitress is super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Can't wait to go back, i spotted this fried rice i wanna try, it looks well seasoned and comes with a nice hefty serving.
