Pho Phi Restaurant reviews
18First time today, quick and kind service close to closing, great portions, cool lil store.
Well. I sure hope the food is good because ive been waiting 20 minutes for it. It's pho. The beef is served raw and the broth is already made. How long can it take? This is a bummer.
It was all OK, not a whole lot to say bc I didn't get a whole lot. If you view my pics, it looked like I got the leftovers for my large bowl. I can eat any Pho bc it's my favorite, but when you skimp out on all the meats, you are just leaving little to talk about. Just based on the broth alone, it was very average, at least it didn't taste fake with a citrus flavor which usually means an instant Pho package. The BBH, I'm a bit conflicted, it didn't have the beefy broth flavor but it did have nice spice to it which I liked. The pork and meats still needed some time to Stew longer cuz they were still chewy. Not terrible, but just not the quality I would expecting.
Broth had no flavor, reminded me of the carton broth used for making stuffing. Noodles were low grade from a store. The shrimp had no flavor and weren't even cleaned. I had asked for no onions at all, it came drowning in onions. The staff spent more time talking and whistling very loudly in the back then helping customers. Other reviews had me excited to come here.would have been better off staying home.
This has to be one of my favorite pho places in Austin! I come every-time I can, the broth is rich and flavorful which is hard to find! Definitely recommend!
Good food. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend as a good lunch spot.
Terrible experience. Ordered through delivery so I get it being cold. But I had no sauces for spring rolls, terrible fried rice no flavor or seasoning and no extra sauces to try and save the food. Very disappointed waiting and hour and half for garbage.
I absolutely adore this place! Delicious good, quick service and a quaint atmosphere with awesome service. I go here at least once a week and am never disappointed!
Ordered on UE and it was so good! The meat was fresh and the broth was so delicious, super flavorful! The veggies were also super fresh! It's my first time having pho and they did not disappoint! 10/10 would recommend! Thank you so much!
Food was not bad but not great either and the host was not the nicest. Pho was very bland and the meat had very little flavor.
Five stars for the food. One star for the worst customer service regularly. Please train those kids to greet and help customers properly.
Good food freshly made to order. Wait staff speak good English and were helpful in guiding our order.
Awful fried rice. It’s literally boiled rice with onions and egg. No soy sauce, no fried anything. Just awful. Not worth $13 at all.
Great alternative place for pho. I love their fried egg roll. If you've had enough of pho, they offer dishes served with rice too.
Everything on the menu great.except the Siravha Chicken rice dish, avoid it at all cost. I don't know why ruin a good menu with it, it tastes bland, no hint of Siracha, tastes like cardboard, honestly - and I regretted ordering it, what else could one do but try to finish it, it was a real struggle. I won't be having that dish, even if it was free. Try anything else but this
A great place to eat delicious Vietnamese food. I ordered soup Pho, and it was very tasty. The only thing I'd add is that their regular size is probably enough for a person. I ordered the large size instead and it was just too much for me. I highly recommend this place.
Ordered the Chicken Noodle Soup. For how expensive it is, it is severely underwhelming and unflavorfull. It is literally just noodles, dry plain shredded chicken, and bland broth. Don't bother. Won't give them another chance.
0/10 quality.
Best Vietnamese egg roll I’ve had in a long time. Staff was friendly and efficient even with an almost full restaurant and a dozen people coming in to grab online orders. Definitely will be back.
