Lean brisket Pho was excellent. Kids loved the shaking beef and the eggrolls. Get there early!

Great food and service, and as a customer I’ve appreciated how they have tried to keep the prices reasonable during this time. This visit the service was exceptionally thoughtful. I appreciate your service.

Consistently good Viet-Asian food that has been a standard dining place for me. The food is tasty, fresh, comes out timely and the staff provides good service. During peak times, you may experience a short wait and entry congestion before getting seated but good food is worth waiting for!

I used to love this place, but reccently the service sucks everyone is so rude and the soup is cold and shrimp rolls taste stale/old

Yum yum in my tum tum.my boyfriend i’s first vietnamese cuisine visit since moving to houston (we got here yesterday) & it did not disappoint.place was packed for dinner on a THURSDAY evening.clearly deserves the hype.staff was husslin & the food came out very quick.we will definitely be back. (my bf got the spicy beef but i forgot to take a photo of that). The prices r also inexpensive.

Very disappointed with the recycled lime and basil!
We ordered 2 pho dishes for takeout yesterday for lunch. They usually pack a bag of bean sprouts, basil and lime for you to add in the soup.
I found that the lime in the bag had been squeezed and the basil leaves looked bad and dark. Soon I realized that they recycled the basil, bean sprouts and lime from the tables that other customers didn’t finish and gave it to us! That’s really gross!
It’s usually our go to pho restaurant and now we need to find another place.

They have good food but they are cheap when you ask for some limes for your water. I asked for some limes for my water and they told me I can only have one lemon wedge. I am not sure the hang up on giving the customer something simple as in limes especially since I’m the one paying for my meal. I will never return there again if they are so caught up in a $0.25 lime they are going to lose my $15 meal not worth losing money over something petty as limes. They can keep their limes and their crummy service.

Bought #25 and was served Basil leafs that were snacked on by some bug before I had a chance to snack on it first. However, I didn't find any bugs.

Everything I order here is 5-stars. The food is always delicious. The price is so affordable. Atmosphere is so nice for family or couples or single style. The service is always amazing. Super friendly staff. They alway so polite and go above and beyond. No wonder they’re always busy. I love how you check in each time you eat and you’ll get a great amount of credits to get free food next time. My three picky eater children would eat here without making or forcing food to their mouth. This is my go to place for all my dinner plans and food catering. Amazing food even eating at home.

This place is good don’t get me wrong but it’s nothing spectacular. The broth tastes like it came out of a can. Nothing special. I will say they did have a lot of meat in their soup.

When I came in it was a busy lunch hour but the lady just stood on the other side of the restaurant then waved at me to come over rather than coming to the host stand to greet me. Also during the check out process she didn’t say a word other than to tap on their rewards program thing and tell me “phone number” when I told he no she angrily tapped again and said “phone number” I just turned around and walked out.

No overall regrets. Good food for a fair price. But nothing I would go out of my way for.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my experience at Pho Saigon in Katy, Texas on Mason Road. The food is usually great, but this time I had an issue with the cashier. I paid with cash and didn't receive my $10 change. It's disappointing when mistakes like this happen. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve their customer service. "

One of my favorite restaurants. They are quick and the food is so good. My kids love eating here and the staff are so nice. You cannot beat the price because the quality of the food is just too good!

We always enjoy the Pho here, no matter what kind we order. They also have a variety of other dishes. The spring rolls are delicious and you can't go wrong with any grilled meat here. Food is always served quickly, hot and fresh. It's also a great option for take out!

I haven’t been to this location in such a long time and I was reminded of why I stopped going. They have a difficult time handing over their sauces for to go meals. You ask for a sauce and they only give you preserved container. With a scoop full, if that, of the requested sauce. If you ask for more whoever is getting it acts like they have a complete attitude in doing so. The rhetorical question I have is why? Why on earth would you care to lose $15 over $. 25 if that, worth of sauce. It’s ridiculous to me.

My only place for pho soup.tried other places and this is the best one! I always get the soup, fresh spring roll or the rice with grilled pork.

Great place serving people seem to care less however they aren’t mean just short and to the point great food the cooks get five out of five stars lovely drinks as well the tea and bean slurpy are amazing

I have been in this place twice and must say that the pho is pretty tasty. Nevertheless, today I decided try my pho with beef brisket and it was just NASTY. Very hard to chew and rubbery. Will not be ordering that again.

Excellent experience. Prompt service, reasonable prices & authentic tasting cuisine. Good portions as well. The beef stew is a nice choice, and the pho is delicious.
Absolutely recommended for anyone in the area
