Pho Thaison / Phở Tháisơn reviews
35The pho is really great and so is the service. Everyone was so nice. The food came quickly and was so good!
Had the vegan Pho- which was suprisingly delicious; man i was with had the Banh Xao/ Vietnamese Crepês and finished it in less than ten minutes; server was chipper qnd peppy; adorable woman that got our orders on point; i am still amazed at how delicious my Pho was however. Bathrooms were clean and well- lit. Booths were comfortable and music was not blaring or causing my autism to readily cause me to readily go into a 'fit'. Nice atmosphere. Throughly enjoyed the experience here.
Wow! My family and I loved it! I’m assuming it’s slow bc it says “no dine in” but you can deff go inside and eat. 10 stars for this restaurant
Food was good.but good lord, I’d like to get some extra styrofoam with my styrofoam.why did every “extra” have its own container:/
Edit for the owner - You put 3-4 sliced pieces of an avocado in a container by itself.and as for "knowing what we would get" - I ordered spring rolls and didn't receive them.it doesn't seem like a great system.
And with the amount of plastic waste - I won't be ordering again.
I love the pad thai. It is perfect everytime! I highly recommend their limeade, also! It is crazy how much of a portion you get for such a good price!
It was nice picking up an order today - it is always good seeing the owner, he is so friendly!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL
COSTS. Some of my favorite asian cuisine comes from hole in the door wall places, but this place is just that a hole in the wall.
The food was filling. Parking was easy. Reasonably priced. Three bathrooms were clean. Great spot to people watch.
Door Dash delivery never showed up. Don’t use Door Trash if you want to actually eat dinner. If I were Pho Thaison I’d remove Door Dash from delivering their food. Not the first bad review, and won’t be the last.
Good spot for quality vietnamese food. The fool was super appetizing. I will be back with my coworkers.
The pho made my day. The restaurant owner was very friendly and the price was great. I would definitely go again.
Great food, delicious coffee, reasonable prices. I wish I could come here every morning for this authentic vietnamese coffee.
Place was okay, location little inconvenient due to the fact that they do not have parking space, the food was okay NOT the greatest but if your hungry you’ll eat it, the reason I said this is because when I went to eat the pho had a weird taste, almost like the taste you get when you cook with tap water, the meat didn’t taste how it usually taste. One thing that I REALLY had a problem with were the restrooms, they were not clean at all and the urinary stank.
This review is for the food only, I ordered takeout and did not sit in the restaurant. The pricing wasn't terrible but a lot of my food was. My appetizers were cold and nothing tasted fresh. Needless to say I was dissapointed with my experience. There are plenty of other pho and oriental cuisine locations in Austin, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Service was fast but the curry was very watery. Im not entirely sure that it was fresh. Tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. Very disappointing
The biggest bowls of soup for reasonable prices. Staff was friendly and service was crazy fast. Check it out for lunch next time you want something quick and healthy.
Food: decent.most of them are good, at least the one that I have tried.price: average.not expensive.people: pretty nice
place: neat and simple
parking: probably street parking
it is pretty decent place to just go for pho as a college student with friends
Probably the worst pho I’ve had in town. Nothing tasted fresh, nothing looked fresh. Everything tasted a bit sour. I was excited to see so many vegan sushi options and menu marked clearly on vegan items, but sadly will not be back. Sushi was even worse than the pho, it was actually inedible.
I always come here when I have an upset stomach. Their vegetarian soup is delicious and it is exactly what your body need. For the amount of food they serve, the price is ok. They serve a lot!
I visited this place with my family while waiting for my brother's graduation. This is the best pho I have ever had. I dont know how they make any money with the portion sizes! We had sushi, curry dishes, pho, and spring rolls. Everything was on point and the service was awesome. I would have eaten dinner there too if it was up to me!
