I bought an iPhone. After 3 weeks it broke down and I went to change it or fix it and the 30-day insurance wasn't worth it because I didn't have a sticker that was attached to the cell phone I lost 450 dollars the problem is that it doesn't say that you need to leave that sticker on it when you buy it BE CAREFUL!

Ali has done the excellent job of fixing my iPhone 12 which was completely became very bad, the back glass was completely broken, and the battery replaced and now it’s working so good like the brand new iPhone with the reasonable price. He is too good to be true that my iPhone in an excellent condition, Thank you Ali and would highly recommend to get your iPhone get fixed here!

I would give zero stars if I could, but unfortunately I have to give one. He has posts of iPhone 12s on offer up, that are not in stock. I texted him about a mini for $250. He says come on in. I go in and he says “sorry it’s sold, but I have other options for you” which are way over priced. I texted off another account for the same one he said was sold, which he said he had. I go in again and same thing. I confront him, while other potential customers were in the store, and he came around the counter asking “you looking for a problem? ” While all in my face. I back up asking if I can get a deal on another phone since he’s wasting my time, and he got in my face again threatening me. It was such a terrible and scary experience. My heart was racing and I started to have a panic attack. I didn’t know what to do. I’m back home now and I’m still shaking. The other customers left in fear too. Not to mention there were like 4 other people there for iPhone 12s. Two of them drove 50 minutes. Just for him to not have it and try to sale them another over priced phone. I would definitely not recommend going there. Please someone do something about this. That has to be false advertisement and he should get fined for it

Friends, do not visit this store, it is a real scam, I took my phone to repair the screen and I will deliver it more damaged, I do not want you to be scammed

So I found an IPhone 11 advertising on Facebook marketplace as a white IPhone in a box with the air pods and a charger for $260. I message him to confirm he has the phone and I offer $250 and he accepts. When I arrive I tell him what I am there for and he grabs about 5 different iPhones none of them are the phone advertised. So I go through them and the phone he is trying to sell me for $250 has a note on it specifying that the camera shakes. On top of that he mentions all accessories are sold separately. I show him the ad and his message and he compares his ad to McDonald's saying that the combos on the menu don't come with everything in the picture either. I basically told him that that was false advertising and he made me waste 3 hours of my time. The time to drive there and the time to drive back on top of the 15 minutes inside the store going back and forth. In the end the seller did not seem to care and I left empty handed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's a rip off! Zero Stars.

Showed up to buy an iPhone from their Offer up add only to find out the prices are more expensive once at the store then posted on the add, they definitely don’t respect peoples time. Better prices for phones on Amazon and Ebay.

I messaged them about an ad they posted on Facebook; they told me to come to the location, but once I arrived they told me the items were sold before I messaged them. Why didn't you tell me that when I messaged you? Dishonest and shady business. DO NOT COME HERE!

I really like to support local businesses and minorities in our community but this guy simply a liar. They advertised selling a new phone on Facebook, after texting with them and confirming the condition of the phone, color and price I drive quite a bit and visited the small store. Unfortunately he started lying up to my face and said we don’t sell new phones they are used here. SO WHY WOULD YOU ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU DONT CARRY! If they lie just to get you to their store they would lie about anything else. I will never deal with this place again
