I took my iPad mini 4 in to get the screen replaced. I accidentally cracked it the day before by dropping it. They took good care of me at a great price in a timely manner. I’d definitely recommend them.

Pretty good store good prices although I had him replace my front glass and back glass. Also bought a OtterBox case and I took the OtterBox case off just to look at the work and my back glass has a crack in it. I have not dropped this phone since I got it from the store just wish he would’ve been honest and gave me half the money back that I paid for the back glass, another thing they didn’t have the matching color he installed a red one on my black phone not mad. Just wish he would have been honest about it being cracked Whalen he replaced it I spent 175 total on front and back glass and OtterBox case

Man were we in a pinch and they were able to help us out! My wife dropped her phone which broke the screen while we were on vacation. We were in between flights and needed to get the phone fixed before we got back, otherwise my wife was going to be in a tough situation coming back to work the next day. She called a few places, and they were able to get us in that day and got the screen repaired in plenty of time for us to catch our next flight. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman behind the counter, but he was super kind—as soon as we walked in, we both knew we were in good hands. He even recommended a place for us to get lunch and let us wait in the store when we didn’t have a place to go while we waited. Screen’s fixed and my wife and I are so relieved—thank you SO MUCH Phone Repair of Bedford! 10 stars if I could.

Went in for a front screen replacement on my iPhone Xs and they had everything on hand, he also cleaned the bottom speakers holes which was very much needed. Was in and out in 30min. Definitely recommend, great price for this particular service and device!

Had a screen protector replaced here. The first application had a small black spot underneath that most people wouldn’t see but I knew would bother me. The gentleman used a second screen protector from his inventory totally free of charge to me and it was perfect. He didn’t hassle me or make an issue of it at all. Very nice guy and I’ll definitely be going back!

My bf iphone. It was ran over by several cars. It somewhat made it through enough. We still had payments. The gentleman was kind and made sure we had the best for what was left of our phone. My bf uses it for work. Long story short, the gentleman stayed longer to ensure our phone was secured and fixed. He also hooked us up with some ear pods?

Repair: Galaxy Tab A

Experience: I got my devices back within a good time frame, but I can't give this experience more than 3 stars because one device came back with more cosmetic defects than when it came in, as if it sat on top of glass. There were scratches all over the back of my tablet. Also, it was clear that whoever repaired it, had some trouble removing the cracked screen because there was etching down the sides where there wasn't before. I also noticed that on both tablets, it was as if the replacement glass did not sit inside it's casing properly and was not glued down correctly near the bottom. Lastly, I bought 2 cases to be placed on the tablets after they were repaired, and they were not compatible with the devices. Thankfully, the store manager (?) refunded my money for the cases. I'm not sure exactly what's going on with this store, but I feel the repairman could use more practice & tact when handling customer's items, and could use some training on up-to-date devices, plugs, & jacks. A lot of these issues are preventable/avoidable. As much as I paid, I do feel the service could have been better.

I brought in an iPhone to have the front screen replaced, which was done correctly, but they cracked the back of my phone in the process and refused to fix the damages which they caused.

Great experience they've fixed my Samsung s20 phone, which the yaks weren't able to.
Super nice guy there. It had water damage, they checked in with me multiple times and explained everything. These guys know what they are doing and returned my phone to a perfect condition within a week! The price was a lot cheaper than any other store, I highly recommend this phone repair service!

This is the worst place to ever take your phone to get repaired. The manager JJ tried to pass off an refurbished phone as my own. When i confronted him about it he had no idea. I had to get the cops involved and file a police report as well against the owner to recover my phone. The manager constantly changed his story as well as continued to lie to the police. Repeat do not take your devices to be repaired here. I was not the only customer in the store complaining or having issues this same day.

After the Apple Store said my phone was as good as gone, a quick stop over here got me up and running for a fraction of the price of my new phone. Try here before anywhere else

I have a Iphone 10X and have dropped more than my luck can be. I beat up the screen and tracked down a local shop near me and went to his store and he said approx 1/2 hour or so to replace new inerds. I broused his shop for accessories and got a new cover for my new repaired cell. Did a great job and got a business card to keep.

Cracked Phone got fixed but the after fact is not good. After 2 weeks of my phone being fixed there were problems with my phone where the apps are opening on its own. I called this business to take a look at it since this has never happened before I got the crack fixed and he had the nerve to charge me again though they are the reason of the problem. My phone has never been dropped after it got fixed and that’s what I was told is causing the problem. Never again will I go to this place.

I had a great experience using this place for my phone screen repair. He was very nice and was able to fix my screen the same day, and very quickly. This was the least expensive quote I received after calling around to 5-7 other places in the area. I will definitely use them again in the future for all my phone repair needs!
