Physical Therapy Associates - Lubbock

The staff are friendly. Place is clean. This is my preferred place for PT. My therapist is Lex. I have used him for many years. I have chronic back problems and rotator cuff tears. He has been excellent with the therapy I have required. I request him when I have problems.

On September 7,2022 I underwent hip labrum repair surgery. After the surgery, I had the privilege of receiving physical therapy from Denise Sullivan, a skilled therapist at Physical Therapy Associates.

What made my experience truly exceptional was Denise’s dedication and commitment to my recovery. She visited me in the hospital right after my surgery providing personalized care and guidance from the very beginning.

I am also immensely grateful for the support and expertise of Gary Kearns, Jaron Griffith, Liesl Stratton Olson, and Krista Wells, who stepped in for Denise when she wasn’t available. Their knowledge and care were instrumental in my rehabilitation.

Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to Crystal Stratton and Rilee Miller for their exceptional assistance in helping me with my appointments, and always being so kind and a joy to speak with.

There are many other like Taylor and Bree who assisted me and I was blessed to have met them.

Thanks to their collective efforts, I have made significant progress, I can now walk up and down stairs with little to no pain, whereas before, it was quite painful.

This improvement has had a remarkable impact on my life. I am incredibly thankful for the unwavering support and expertise of the entire team.

They are extraordinary, and I am fortunate to have had them by my side.

Lex is amazing. He is patient, listens and works to develop a plan specialized for you. He helped me build strength pre-surgery, then got me back on my feet post-op (hip replacement) and ready for a return for tennis. He’s encouraging, supportive and motivates you to work hard! Had the best experience. I’ve come to PTA for several different tennis injuries and feel very confident in the therapists and staff here. They always treat me like family and get me back to tennis as quick as possible.

I’m very happy with my physical therapy and would recommend it to everyone who needs physical therapy. My therapist was amazing and pressed me to get to all my goals after my complete knee replacement.

In the past year I've been going to PTA after surgeries on both knees and now the latest for tendinitis. They really know their stuff!
