First, I will start by saying I am a very organized individual and means business. I will work with you until my case file is correct. Some might say I’m rude and assertive. However, it’s my case, and OWCP means business regarding documents. I have encountered some rude individuals working at the front desk. However, Dr. Howard and Chaudia Dwyer always provides the utmost care—charming individuals. Dr. Howard is very detailed and understands how difficult it can be to complete requested documents from your employment. Yet, he is always willing to assist and help. Claudia is a lovely lady with strong work ethic. Ashley, who I met for the first time today, heard my complaint and took care of it promptly. So kudos to Ashley.

The doctor that I usually see is back in Frisco however the doctor that assisted me today was extremely nonchalant she asked what did I need, wasn't concerned about my current issues as Dr Howard he is always concerned ask what is going on. I've been dealing with this pain management clinic for 2 years. It was literally a waste of time today and a copay my appointment was at 8am didn't get seen until 840 and I was done by 846 SMH. I'm still in pain no suggestions were made by her. I will never go to that location again.

This is to the manger of this location the person who let me in to your office Thursday morning 4/20/ 2023 was a totally rude person! I was treated with such disrespect! She had the nerve to tell me I needed to have respect to her and say good morning and hello after she was 10 mins late having clients waiting outside when they were told to be 15 mins early to their 8: 00am appointment. Yes I wasn’t happy with her being late and not saying she was sorry or anything but questioning me about why I was there. She if I was new she asked if it was my first time and if I even had an appointment and said she’d never seen me before I simply said what difference does it make I’ve been waiting for 10 min and need to see the doctor and go to work that’s why I made an 8: 00am appointment! So rude never going back there!

Every one at this Facility is friendly, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. Chaudia and her Team do an excellent job on a consistent basis which is why I keep coming back to them.

Wow has my mind changed in 3yrs. I'm in a new pain management doc. Awesome, caring staff. No waste of my money on injections that never worked but was told I needed to stay in the program. New doc did blood work way more than a cbc, found couple problems, Texas pain relief changes NP & DOCS like crazy. I see a doc no NP at the new place, Texas pain relief was my very 1st pain management so I didn't know better!

All the staff is caring warm & understanding! Very happy my family dr. Sent me to them! I was so anxious about my 1st injections but Dr. C made me feel very comfortable, they understand my back pain & listen to me

The staff here at Physician Partners of America, Richardson is OUTSTANDING. They are always warm and friendly. They take their time with you and are generally concerned about your issues. They truly make you feel like family.

I wouldn't consider ever going anywhere else.

Always get in and out extremely fast. Always very friendly and always covers all my issues with my pain. Excellent staff, nurses and Doctors.

PA Lacey (from Dr. Howard’s main office) is so informative and attentive. Her expert knowledge of ways to help me is so inspiring and appreciative and right on point. The Physician Partners staff were very welcoming and once they got me into back to get ready for my procedure it all went so quick this time. Dr Howard as usual is always available to respond for questions if needed even after the procedure. He responded to a question that the guy in his main office emailed him about for me and I was able to get the feedback in a timely matter. All the staff at both locations (Richardson office and Procedure place in Plano were very accommodating on yesterday and today. Thanks
